The property was exactly as advertized. The ocean is visible from the balcony - the property has a nice beach, pools and onsight dining. The 24 hour marriot staff is helpful and allows for check-in/out anytime. The mandatory valet is not ideal but overall the property and location were great. I had limited need to contact the owner but sent one question and immediately got a useful reply.

The place was beautiful. Condo was great with one exception. The hot water!!! Sometimes we had hot water and sometimes we didn’t. We made it work, but it was annoying. We would stay there again despite it.

Had a wonderful stay. My three sisters and my niece came into town and we rented a 2 bedroom/bath condo. Beautiful place and The Marriott Resort was spectacular.

We enjoyed our week at the Marriott. The rooms were spacious the beds were great the showers are huge and the shady balcony with great ocean and intercoastal views is nice to sit out on even on hot days. The large pool and water slide is nice with plenty of seating along with the outdoor bar and restaurant by the pool. The owner was responsive and replaced a broken toaster. My only comments would be the kitchen could have a few more place settings and silverware. I was concerned about having to valet my car, but the valet system allows you to call ahead, and the car is waiting when you get downstairs. If you like to snorkel an added bonus there is clear water and a small structure just off the beach that has a good number of fish living on it.

The iron was one of those very cheap ones commonly found in hotel/ condos, which are normally broke as ours was. Also, I wish I had realized when you don’t book through Marriot, you must pay for certain things afforded to Marriot guests. Other than that, there is nothing negative to say. The property, from the beach, to the hotel grounds, to the room were all beautiful.

The unit was in a perfect location for us - steps to the beach and pool, with hotel amenities and close to many restaurants and shops. Karen, the host, was helpful with recommendations and flexible with our arrival timing, which we greatly appreciated.
The unit is well appointed with everything we needed for cooking. Some of the furnishings are a bit tired - deck chairs, headboards in the 2nd bedroom, night stands. Some guests might want to know that the bedrooms have sliding pocket doors - not a problem when you want to be able to hear children/teenagers - but could feel a little less private.

We stayed there for a bit over a week and it was exactly what we were looking for. Nice view and a good low key location. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was decent but definitely not up to my standards of a 4 star hotel. The food onsite was disappointing and the cafe closed too early.
The condo was ok. It’s a bit dated and there were too many small things wrong with it. The toilets are finicky and we needed to use the plunger a few times. Lighting was out in the second bathroom. The faucet in the kitchen doesn’t work properly either. Some staples for the kitchen were also not provided like dish soap, laundry detergent and salt - all were empty. There were other small issues in addition to what I’ve noted, including coffee grounds left in the coffee pot from a previous guest.
I reached out to the owners and they were responsive but how many times am I going to reach out. It’s annoying and not worth it at a point, so I mentioned a couple things and then gave up. They said they would drop off dish soap when I told them they were out but it just shouldn’t be empty to begin with. Also, I told them about the toilet and I was told it just works differently. It doesn’t work well and needs to be fixed.
The water is yellow!!! Very weird and apparently a hotel issue. We called the front desk and they said it’s been that way for years and they wouldn’t drink it. Very strange and annoying.

Excellent long weekend stay
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is clean and well-maintained with everything we needed to make this a home-base for a weekend. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and the perfect spot for a morning coffee!

My teenager & 7 year old found more than enough to do to keep entertained from dawn till dusk.
Great kids club & Lagoon pool had a DJ, had a balloon artist one day, hair braiding for the girls, water slide provided hours of enjoyment & meeting new friends.
Truly a gem if you want to take the family for a beach vacation.

Perfect location, extremely clean, bathrooms were large and spacious as was the entire unit, the balcony was beautiful overlooking natural greenery but also being able to see the water as well! Loved the pools, the food at the place was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, access to the beach was outstanding. It was so nice not to be charged the $35/day resort fee as we then only used the beach whenever it was a nice day. Even though we were required to pay the $35/night valet fee (no self-parking), it was very easy to use and well worth it the fee. My only slight suggestion would be to provide better ease of use on the televisions as it was somewhat difficult to operate at times. Overall, 5 stars out of 5 stars!

This is the perfect spot on Singer Island
The condo is as described. Very clean and comfortable. It was quiet, which was nice. Hosts were easily accessible and left good instructions. All staff at the property were friendly and helpful. Lots to do on site, but sitting on the beach was the best!!
* budgeting note: the resort charges $35/day for parking. There is no self park available. Also, $35/day resort fee is required to use the lounge chairs on the beach. (The owner does provide beach chairs which can be used right next to the Marriott beach. )

This place is great! Very clean, easy access to beach, two pools, restaurant. There is a bar/restaurant on the private beach. Everyone is super courteous. Close proximity to restaurants and great golf! The property manager was easily accessible and answered all of our questions. We will come again!
