Está muy bien decorado con muebles nuevos y hermosos cuadros en las paredes. ¡Y la vista panorámica de la playa y el océano es justo lo que recetó el médico! Uno de los únicos 4 condominios en Seagate, hay mucha privacidad, así como espacios abiertos al norte y al sur, que muestran unos 120 grados de hermosa playa y océano.

Wife and I and our Laradoodle loved the condo. Great open kitchen for entertaining. Plenty of room in the bedrooms... We got lucky with the December weather, sat on the deck everyday. Great location right on the beach. We'd walk down to SandBar for lunch or dinner. The bar and restaurant scene is just a short drive or Uber away. Perect for 4 adults. Leslie the owner was awesome!

Very comfortable unit with a very large back deck over looking the Atlantic. Private walkway right off the deck to the beach. We have always gone to Sanibel, and this was our first trip to Amelia Island. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we will definitely be back!

This was a great property in a great location. Private yet walkable to restaurants near by and very short drive or bike ride to all the downtown has to offer. Leslie was a great host!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is great and the view of the ocean is top notch! There is nothing better than watching the sunrise from the deck while enjoying a cup of coffee. The condo is well stocked. We appreciate the new kitchen stools; these were a nice addition since our last visit. Check in and out are super easy. We will definitely be back!

Great beachside property. We loved the boardwalk with direct beach access. We enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the deck listening to the sounds of the ocean. Dog-friendly which was a huge plus for us.

I have never written a negative review, but we feel the whole experience needs to be known for future renters.The location and views are amazing. The beach is great and quiet. We had 2 amazing days of shelling. Concerns:
the pictures do not depict how we found the condo. The blue chair pictured in the photos in the living area is not there, instead there is a wicker blue chair which is not comfortable.The counter stools in the pictures are not what we had. We had backless stools that are not comfortable. I did not know the condo did not have a inside dining table. The glass coffee table pictured is very chipped we like to do puzzles and it was to low.
- the oven did not work for the whole 2 weeks we were there. We notified the owner and she was quick to respond that she would try to get someone to fix. After several days without hearing from her, I asked again about the oven. She was unable to find someone to fix it, but brought over her toaster own oven. This was not optional. She has ordered a new one, which did not arrive prior to our leaving. The ceiling in the primary leaked during a heavy rain and she had it fixed. The ceiling fan in the primary was too loud to sleep with. The bathroom in very outdated and the metal rusty rack above the toilet sticks out so you cant sit back all the way while using.
Leslie is very kind and quick to respond. We were able to see the other units in this building and felt we were staying in the only one not updated or modern.

This property was the perfect place for a much needed get away! The sunrise views from the deck every morning were amazing and our dog enjoyed the pet friendly beach! We practically had the beach to ourselves right in front of the condo (note we were there a week after labor day though).
We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay in Leslie's condo! The location is perfect, with easy beach access and a great deck for watching the waves. The beach was not crowded, even during peak season, with lots of room to spread out. We loved seeing dolphins, gopher tortoises, pelicans, and other animals from our deck. We couldn't hear any road noise inside the unit, and everything was very comfortable. Communication with Leslie was excellent and she was very helpful throughout our visit.

This is our 3rd time to stay at Leslie's condo and we love it! The location is perfect for everything we love to do. We enjoy the private walkway to the beach, top floor patio, and proximity to downtown Fernandina Beach. It is always cool to get to know people in the other 3 units as we come in and out of the condo each day. The beach area in front of the condo is never busy so everyone has plenty of room. Leslie is always gracious with any information or needs we have. We will be back.

we love Fernandina Beach and enjoyed our stay at Seagate. we previously stayed at the Ritz Carlton, the Omni complex and the Florida Inn, and feel that our own walkway to the beach was the best.

This condo is a gem with a fantastic view of the Atlantic. It is perfect for a couple. The owner supplied all your basic needs which certainly adds to your enjoyment. We definitely will be back.

Charming beachfront condo
Stunning views, lovely accommodations. Leslie's condo was everything we had hoped it would be & more. Our stay & experience was memorable & stellar. The beach was beautiful & we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We even got to walk a few places & had dinner at the Sandbar. The recreational pool Leslie recommended was around the corner & it was a nice reprieve from the ocean. We hope to stay again & have friends & family join us by making arrangements with the neighboring rental units in the building. Thank you Leslie for making our family's summer shine!

Perfect location
The location was great and the unit was good. The people below us could hear us walking , so we tried to be very quiet at night. The instructions for check in, etc in Vrbo hadn’t been updated in a while and caused us some headaches. The beach was beautiful!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay - super clean, great location, amazing views of the sunrise, owner was super responsive and easy to work with. I generally don't like to rent dog friendly places because most smell like dogs but this was not at all the case here. The kitchen had all you could need for cooking, the ocean breeze was perfect and we could easily walk to a couple of local restaurants. I will definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed for a week. Very clean property with everything you could need- just bring groceries and your clothes! Steps from the ocean. Dog friendly. Walkable to several restaurants. We will rent here again!!

Starry solitude
The beach front unit was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The real star of the show was the beach and surf off the back deck and a sky full of bright stars like I’ve never seen before. Peaceful, relaxing, and close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We wanted to be right on the beach, and this definitely fit our needs. Lovely deck furniture, comfortable living room furniture, GREAT bed. Soooo comfy! Wide variety of TV programming (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) The kitchen is roomy and well stocked. The owner was very prompt with answers to any questions we had.The only thing I would have liked is a more comfortable place to sit and eat meals. (Photos showed padded bar stools with backs.)

Great experience all around
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The property was everything we needed and the location was perfect. We say on the deck each morning enjoying our coffee while the sun came up over the ocean. There is a short path down to the waterfront where we walked with our dog every day. Leslie is a great host and every detail was accounted for in her condo. It was clean, well-kept and stocked with any items you need for the week. While we don't usually travel to the same location twice, we would definitely consider coming back to Fernandina Beach staying here.

This was a lovely property and the view was amazing. The kitchen was spacious for the overall condo size and worked well. The location of the condo right on the beach made for an amazing view. Every morning we opened the sliding doors to hear the ocean and the sunrises were beautiful. The size of the deck was also large and we were just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the location at the north end of the island as it was an easy bike ride or quick car trip to Old Town. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and the condo was as represented.

We had a fantastic stay at Seagate D. The condo was spotless and just the right size for a couple. And what a perfect location! The beach was not crowded at all, as there are few commercial dwellings nearby and none are very big. The condo was beautiful, stylish, comfortable and very private (only 3 other units). The deck was simply perfect for stargazing with a backdrop of ocean waves and breezes. We discovered the sand was well-packed on the beach all morning when the tide was out (WIDE beach!) -- perfect for running and bike riding. There are also so many fabulous bike trails -- both paved and unpaved, both shaded and sunny -- and there is a bike lane on virtually every street so we felt very safe riding around the area. The historic town of Fenandina Beach was quaint and wonderful, with great restaurants and shops. The resorts to the south were also lovely and have world-class restaurants (my favorite was Salt at the Ritz-Carlton). If you are a golfer, the courses are beautiful. We also kayaked in a black-water (due to tannins) creek and nothing could be more peaceful to me. I can't say enough good things about Seagate and this community ... we will definitely be back as soon as we can!
