Clean house, in a great location, and is only a couple of blocks from the beach and the main drag of Clearwater Beach. We also had some beach stuff available to borrow. We also contributed to the equipment to help other families. Appreciated the chairs and stuff to use.

The condo location was key! Just a simple walk across a park to the beach. Shopping and all night life were easy walking distance. The condo was clean and we kept. We would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Beechy Keen. It was so awesome being so close to the beach. You literally walked through a kids park/playground and it was right there. Can’t beat it really. Nice to have a parking spot as well. I would stay again😊

It was a great location. Close to the action on the beach but more family neighborhood friendly. We had a super time. Towards the end I was wishing for a pool, loved the Jolley trolley, and Frenchys. Would rent again.

Condo was clean and in a quiet location out of the way from the crowd but close enough to walk to the pier restaurants and bars. Beach was about a 3 minute walk fitness center and community pool right down the street. Really nice clean area that was safe and patrolled regularly by the Clearwater Police.

The location is perfect. We were able to walk to everything . Cleanliness was another issue. I was charged a fee for cleaning, so one would assume that the place would have been clean... but there was visible mold and mildew in bathrooms, stains on pull out couches, and lots of hair everywhere. We tried to use the vacuum to clean, but the cord was broken. Also, we had to move our car because they were painting the building.... and ended up getting a parking ticket... you can't make it up. Again, the location was perfect, but would have appreciated a cleaner space to stay in.

Location and everything are good except for the cleanliness is ok. Spots under the sofa and furnitures need to be attended specifically if you will use it as a bed. Other than that it’s a perfect place to stay in.

This two bed, two bath condo was a perfect location for us for our weekend at the beach. It was clean and had enough utensils cups etc. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Property is in a great location and close to everything and a really good value. Some of the bathroom fixtures are dated and the second bathroom has a sink straight out of a prison cell. Lots of rusty accessories. The bed in the second bedroom really needs to be replaced it's useful life is long overdue. The primary bed was great. The cleaning could had a little more attention. We found used cleaning rags that had not been picked up, some hair not cleaned up in the second shower and the top of the fridge has never been cleaned and had some empties from the last folks. None of this really bothered us but needs a little more attention on the cleaning side. The property is very close to the beach and a really good value. We had a great time and the owner was very responsive to the issue with the tv in the main bedroom. Would stay again.

Directions were good. Clean, out of date stove, but works. There were no instructions on what was expected for check in or check out, what to do with linens etc. The TV in the bedroom without a bathroom didn't work properly. We think it was the remote rather than the TV itself. We tried changing the batteries, no go. Otherwise we had a good experience.

Nice ground floor unit. Furnishings a little worn, like a typical home. No view but very short walk to beach, and inland waterway (beautiful lights at night. Saw dolphins one early evening). Moderate daily walk for she crab soup from Frenchy’s. Also liked Bait House (with daily pelican and seagull contests over the pilings) and superb Japanese at Sekushi’s. Bait House is a 15 minute walk.

My family enjoyed our stay, all dishware, linens, towels were there. 2 separate bedroom and bathroom there, was very convenient with 2 kids, good tv. One block from the beach, 5 minutes walk. 10-15 minutes walk to sushi cafe, CVS, all souvenir stores. And it is quiet street, no bars with loud music, no restaurants. We are glad we spend our vacation in this apartment. Thanks to Michael for all accomodations.

This is an awesome place to stay. Close to the beach. So many things to do. We could walk everywhere. We cant wait to go again. Thank You Mike.

Location was a short 4 min walk to the beach, room had everything you needed. Had a little issue checking in, but it all worked out.

The location and the property was great, as well as the owner communication! One minor issue is that we had small lizards coming in, and we couldn't figure out how they were getting into the house - maybe from the HVAC storage space.

Michael was super easy to get in touch with for any questions. The property is extremely close to the beach and my family had a wonderful experience at the condo. Look forward to going back. Thanks, Brandon
