The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Our family of seven were all very comfortable. The washer dryer unit actually worked which was a great surprise. The location was right in the middle of all attractions...just perfect!
The small round white rug in the bedroom sitting area was very dirty. I would just throw it out, it is not needed.

Dishwashing machine was not working. Probably water supply was not turn on but there was no instruction how to put it on operations.

The location is superb, the apartment is very nice and cleaner however, it is not suitable for 8 people. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
The apartment is definitely not 100sqm and it is not suitable for 8 people. The sofa bed mattress was inexistent. The ceiling was leaking. The noise, especially on Saturday night was really bad. None of us could sleep all night long. It was really terrible.

Isolation is not that perfect, you can hear people outside when it gets crowded

Amazing location!! we didn’t need public transport for anything, just walked everywhere. the decor was gorgeous, boho-nordic chic, warm and cozy. the apartment was spotless clean when we arrived.
we seriously don’t have anything bad to say, our stay was perfect

The apartment is in a fantastic location and is really modern and all was very clean. the host was very good with communication and do everything to help accommodate us.
the bedrooms on the street side of the apartment were a little noisy at night time this was the only down side.

The location of the apartment was superb - right in the heart of the city. Close to the metro and the main shops. The property was clean, modern and spacious.

Unbeatable location, comfortable and stylish! We were two families with 4 young children and this apartment was perfect for us. Beds are comfortable, the table was large enough to seat everyone, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking simple meals in. There are some very nice design touches in how this apartment was renovated and furnishings are stylish but sturdy enough to not worry about having our young kids there. Our host was very responsive, even coming to help with an issue with the safe (user error) the day after we checked in. Awesome central location - either for partying or hitting the tourist highlights without wearing out small legs (in our case). Bravo!

It was really lovely - the place was magical, the apartment was beautiful and clean, the service was attentive and great and the location was perfect.

The apartment is very good and clean the host was very nice and was very helpful but the location was very noisy Madrid center very crowded and cars moves 24h and there was renovations going in the apartment and neighbours very noisy all the time
