From the very beginning at booking, the stay was pleasant. Judy was very helpful and generous. The condo was ready, well-stocked and just as advertised. We appreciated the closet full of beach/pool toys as well as a variety of chairs. Great location and experience for family.

This was our first time to the area and the condo was perfect! Great location and very clean. Like so many other reviews - I agree the bed was the most comfortable bed I may have ever slept on! The beach was busy but never crowded. The condo had a few beach chairs but we opted for the beach chair service in front of the condo and they were very courteous- but get a a spot early. Parking lot was busy but never full and there are so many restaurants and shops around. The host was so kind and a great communicator and quick to answer any of my questions. Would 100% book this condo again! Thank you for letting us share your vacation getaway Judy!!

Came as a family of four (with four and seven year old)
Everything starts upon arrival and the secure parking was no hassle at all. Everyone was accommodating from the security to the front desk getting us to the room. Loading/unloading was easy with the luggage carts and shopping carts.
The room itself is just like seen! Great view and location. The amenities at the condo were nice (pools, gym, indoor pool, grills, etc) and the ease of access to the beach was so convenient.
The condo was very clean, which was what I first noticed when I walked in. The condo is filled with lots of towels, beach stuff, and the usual utensils and amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, etc)
You can tell the owner cares about the home and takes pride in making sure it’s cleaned well. When I travel the first thing I check is for cleanliness and this condo made that simple!
The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had.
The location of the condo is really close to all the grocery stores and other restaurants/coffee places/etc for quick access to whatever you need.
This location was everything I expected and will definitely book again if I can!!

Judy was amazing! Wonderful communication and just so incredible!! Property was clean and exactly as described. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, all the beach toys, towels, etc. The beach wasn’t too crowded, the pools were clean and a nice change from the ocean in the evenings. Orange Beach was much less crowded than Gulf Shores right up the road. We will FOR SURE be returning!! Judy, THANK YOU for everything!!!

We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for 27 years and by far this is the best condo. It was immaculate and had everything we needed in it. Close to elevators and never had issues getting on the elevator. The condo owner was only a phone call away although we never had issues. Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony We loved it so much we have already booked it for next year!!! Can’t wait!!!

There were four adults in our group. The condo was perfect in every way. The condo is located on the 4th floor and just around the corner from the elevator and trash chute. The beds, linens, towels, etc were of great quality. The kitchen was well equipped. The patio furniture was comfortable. We plan to return to this location in the future….pending availability. The owner was very kind and responsive!

The condo was wonderful. Location perfect. Condo owner absolutely wonderful communication. It was a wonderful trip. The only thing I could say needs a lot of improvement would be the elevators. They had some major issues. Which made leaving with kids and lounge difficult.

We really enjoyed our trip. We stayed five nights. We really appreciated that the beds were super comfortable. The seller really cared about people being comfortable during their vacation. Also fantastic communication with the seller. I really appreciated that. The buildings have lots of amenities to enjoy with family. We will definitely be booking again

If you have to be reading this review, then you really have to understand the pictures of this property are spot on. That is not the best part though. I traveled with my family. I have 3 kids 13. 11 and 3. This owner had everything. When I say everything and then everything again, I cannot even begin to list what that would mean within the limits here. First aid kit to sand toys, a cart, beach towels, to books and a stool just in case you can't quite get up in bed or reach in the cabinets. Any baking dish, crockpot even. We cooked there. It was just like being at home. The owner is a person who makes sure you'll have the best stay. I would book again with her and recommend this property to everyone! This was my first experience with Vrbo and it was top notch. The property owner made it this way.

Condo had everything you would need. Really nice furniture on the balcony with a fabulous view. We really enjoyed watching people on the beach. It is an older building and you can tell the condo/building is older but everything was very clean. Communication with the owner was great.

The property was at a great location. Nice space for 2 heading into retirement. Loved having coffee on balcony and listening to the ocean at night. Yes there are dolphins to see!! Checking in/out was not so clear as we never received email but Caroline was quick to respond. 5 stars for host and location. Warning to those looking for quiet, you may want to be aware of fall break.

It was a rocky start but the host did everything she could to take care of us and she did. She was always quick to respond through VRBO any questions that I had. It’s a gorgeous ocean front view! Very close to wonderful restaurants that are within walking distance. Our overall experience was good. I would go back!

Caroline’s place was perfect for our week long stay in Orange beach. Just as advertised, very clean, quiet, every amenity in the kitchen, and even beach toys! Close proximity to groceries and with in walking distance to restaurants. We rented bikes for a couple days and had a great time exploring the trails close by as well. Thank you Caroline!

My family has been coming to the Orange Beach area most every summer for about 10 years, and we've stayed in a variety of hotels and condos over those years. This was by far our favorite.
It was very clean and cozy. The beds, particularly the one in the master bedroom, were very comfortable, and my teenage son was happy that he got a king size bed to himself, as he's used to squeezing into twin beds in the condos we've rented before. The condo was well-stocked with towels, dishes and other necessary items. There's a great view of the beach from the balcony with comfortable furniture available.
Communication with the owner was great as she provided awesome information, not only about the rental, but about the area. We really hope we can get this rental again next summer.

Nice Condo
This was a nice Condo with a great view. Easy access in and out. Check in is a little busy depending on your arrival but beach access is easy to get to. Multiple clean pools available as well.
