The view was stunning and the room was beautiful and very comfortable.
The only person among the entire hotel staff who stands out is Angela. The rest… I’m not sure they know what they’re doing really. When my room was cleaned, I got for example 6 sample conditioners instead of replacing a shampoo, body lotion and a conditioner. Dirty towels were taken and no new ones were left. I had to call several times because of issues like this. There was always something.
Next - the pool. And that is probably the worst story of all. There was a wasp nest right on it. On the first day it was all good but the wasps started building a nest and within 2-3 days it was impossible to get into the pool as it was absolutely full of wasps and other insects. For a week (that’s how long I stayed) nobody took care of it. They started flying everywhere, even around the pool. I am attaching a picture for reference. For a hotel that expensive… this is unacceptable.
Breakfast- same things almost every day, plus on several days there was just “no butter”. The quality of the food was also OKish but seriously… the way the ordered dishes looked… they were rather ugly.
All in all, the place has great potential but the service needs to level up.
I don’t mean to be rude with my review but what I’ve experienced was disappointing. Not because of the facility itself but from an experience perspective.

Food , they cant even make eggs properly other than that all is amazing

It was a small, intimate hotel with a lovely view of Kotor Bay and the sunset from their balcony. The rooms were great and the staff incredibly helpful. The front desk had some great tips on where to eat out, find a beach club etc. The food was also great.
The hotel is located on a street where building work on other properties is being carried out. This did not affect our stay but the walk down to the bay was a trek along an unfinished road and past unfinished properties. I'm sure, however, that this will improve with time.
Also the kitchen wasn't open for lunch until 15.00. I would have expected it to at least be open from 13.00 until 15.00.

Excellent stay!
Only point would be to check the minibar when you check-in, mine had some items missing and I had to call reception immediately to avoid any future issues.
They handled the situation with an extremely professional behavior which is always something to celebrate.
I would 100% recommended.

Great breakfast, beautiful views, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms/beds
Quite a climb up from the road to the hotel; very far from most restaurants/sights

I think this hotel must be quite new as the room was in perfect condition. We paid for a sea view room but were upgraded to a suite with views in both directions. The terrace area and pool are stunning and the staff were incredibly friendly. Really perfect for a couple of nights of quiet following 5 days based in kotor old town.
Not a real negative but be aware that the hotel doesn’t serve meals other than breakfast and there aren’t too many restaurants that are in walking distance.

Great Hotel on the ouskirts of Kotor.
Lovely room with views over the Bay of Kotor. Very good service from staff always ready to help.
Nice touch was we came back to the room after popping out and there was a bottle of Champagne chilling in an ice bucket. They realised it was my birthday. Thanks

The hotel is in the perfect location, with a beautiful view from the hotel terrace, the area itself seems to be quiet fewer people around compared to the Kotor town center perfect to relax. About 10 min walk to the sea and the local food shop. The staff was very professional and caring all of them were very friendly and always offered help and suggestions if needed. Facilities were in good condition and clean. Breakfast was very good, fresh, and tasty.

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel management and Angela for upgrading our room and their helpfulness. The suit was quite spacious and elegant. The amenities were of good quality. The balcony and the views were amazing. The breakfast was also quite good. We had an unforgettable stay.
Construction nearby, but it was not a big problem.

The views, the new facilities, are the tranquility of the surroundings, the friendliness of the staff. I have never felt this way, not even in 5 star hotels. The guy at the front desk took very good care of us, explained where everything was and even reserved a place for us to have dinner. Breakfast is buffet and a la carte also

Firts of all, the view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Never seen such a beauty.
The staff is always there, whether you need some help or just a small talk. They are really nice, polite and cheerful, thank you, guys!
The sauna is small but nice, and I definitely enjoyed the swimming pool, although the water was ice cold.
Unfortunately the restaurant works only for breakfasts. Maybe in high season they start serving dinners but I'm not sure.
Also, the hotel is quite far from Kotor old town, so you'd better own/rent a car. In other case you can take a local bus, it runs once an hour.

This hotel is really worth of money! We spent three days there and the experience was superbly unforgettable. Not sure whether it is due to the non-peak tourist season we were able to completely enjoy the faculties (spa and sauna) there in the hotel without any disturbance. Besides, I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their professional service provided during our three days of stay. We also would like to have our deepest thanks to staff Mr. Elmedin Emini and Miss Ancica Maksimovic for their friendliness and the mouth-watering breakfast provided haha. We felt like we were treated as friends more than just as guests during our stay. Definitely I would rebook this hotel if I visit Kotor again in the future! Highly recommended hotel. See you again Kotor!
Hard to find :)))) Oh yes the front road outside the hotel was under maintenance during our stay there, causing a little bit inconvenience for driving. But it was honestly not a big problem.

Beautiful setting, clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast, amazing service across the board from all of the staff. Special thank you to Anastasia who took such great care of us!
the hotel does not have its own beachfront, however they were able to accommodate us at the beach of the other Casa del Mare location which was a 5 min drive away

Great hotel to really get the feel of the mountains and the beauty of Montenegro. Staff was super friendly. Keep in mind this place is rustic, and is a unique experience. Perfect for the adventurous traveler.
When we got there it took a while to check in.
