We had an amazing stay in Ogunquit! This house was absolutely perfect and we would recommend to any group heading to this area. We had 7 girls and had more than enough space for everyone. The outdoor patios were great, and even though it rained out one day we had plenty of space to hang out indoors. This house was also in a great location and walking distance to Perkins Cove and the downtown area. Thank you again Scott for being so helpful during the check in process as well!

Clean, spacious, bright. The weekend was cold and rainy. We spent more time in side than usually expected. The house was very comfortable and warm. We can’t wait to come back to enjoy the beautiful deck .

We had a great time and the place was just right, very cozy. We would love to make our way there again sometime in the future.

The house was much larger and spacious than the photos show! We were so happy with the home, rooms, supplies - everything. It was a great location although it’s about a mile from downtown. However we took marginal way right downtown which starts very close to the hole in Perkins Cove. Really couldn’t have had a better home experience we are already talking about booking again!

Beautiful property just steps from Perkins Cove. Perfect for our group of 3 couples. Great living room for relaxing and great dining room table for hanging out & playing games. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for our group.

Home was perfect for 5 woman to spread out and also gather and enjoy time together. Really enjoyed alot of time out on the decks. Location is great, really close to Perkins cove and not too bad of a walk into town. Scott the host was super responsive regarding any questions that we had

Location was great, easy walking distance to Perkins Cove & Marginal Way. House was very nice although no AC on main floor, but host supplied large fans to circulate air. Hosts were very cordial. Actually got to meet them which was nice. The only feedback I have is the downstairs bedroom smelled a little musty and there seemed to be lots of personal owner items in closets etc. otherwise the home is beautiful, lots of space and comfortable.

This is our second time staying at this home. Our family love the location and Scott and his wife are very nice. Can’t beat the location, walking distance from Perkins Cove. Plenty of room for the whole family. Can’t wait to go back.

This was our second year staying at this property in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine. It was such a wonderful getaway for our family of eight. The location is ideal, the home layout is well-designed and Scott is so accommodating. Wonderful stay!

This property is wonderful! Perfect location large enough for more than our party for sure! Spacious, clean, nice deck off the dining room where we had coffee in the morning. Location is perfect, has access to everything you want to do in Ogunquit!! And the host, Scott ,was wonderful!! Very attentive and checked in to see how we were doing. Would definitely go back there again and hopefully spend more time!!! We had a three-year-old and a six year old in our group and there were plenty of games in the living room that we could play with when enjoying some downtime. It was an overall wonderful weekend!

The property is just minutes away from Perkins Cove by walk and is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space inside and all the amenities you could ask for to have a comfortable stay! The host, Scott, is really helpful and available if and when necessary. Would love to return to this place another time in the future!

Beautiful house, great location and superb host! The house was well-designed to allow for both privacy as well as our small group gatherings. It is located just a short walk to the lively Perkins Cove and the spectacular views to be seen along the Marginal Way. The restaurants, shopping, beach and Oqunquit playhouse were all exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent it again!

This is a lovely house in a great location, but I had a very unpleasant conversation with the host two days before our arrival when I asked how to gain entrance to the house since VRBO had no information and said to contact him.. He was very insulted that I had asked and said some nasty things to me. Not a good way to start a vacation. The washer/ dryer, after almost a year after another renter's comment, are still not available for use. .There is air conditioning on the 3rd floor, but the temps were in the 90's when we were there and the main floor and first floor bedroom were uncomfortably hot. The stove and range top were badly in need of cleaning. The refrigerator and freezer had "left over" expired food, something we had never encountered in many VRBO rentals.

The home was very clean and spacious, plenty of space for our group of eight. It's hard to tell from the photos, but there are two good-sized decks. One off the kitchen that's perfect for enjoying breakfast or a cup of coffee, and a second larger deck in the back with a gas grill. Surprisingly for Maine in the summer, we never saw a single mosquito! The owner, Scott, was super responsive to questions. He also reached out a couple days before we checked in to go over a few details about the home to make our stay as easy as possible. The only downside to the house is that linens must be rented separately. It's the first time we've encountered this with a vacation rental but seems to be common along the coast in Maine. We paid $365 to rent bedding sets and towels for all four bedrooms through Cottage Linens. Recommended things to do within a 5-minute walk: - Sit outside and enjoy a home-cooked breakfast at Cove Cafe - See how lobsters are caught on a 1-hour trip with Finestkind Cruises - Walk the scenic Marginal Way (and get up early for the sunrise, if you're ambitious) - Try a variety of wine flights at Coastal Wine - Enjoy a lobster roll and blueberry beer at Jackies Too - Grab an ice cream or whoopie pie at Barnacle Billy's, and burn off a few of those calories with a walk across the pedestrian bridge at Perkins Cove
