The rain shower left a lot to be desired. It was more of a lite drizzle. Other than that we loved the cabin! It is as awesome as it looks in the pictures. Perfect for a couple, and an extra room if you have more guests.

Overall, a pleasant experience. The place is as described. Elk Springs "Resort" is really more a collection of cabins than a resort (no amenities outside the cabin), but the cabin is fairly roomy, has a foosball table, pool table, and private hot tub. It's one of the most private locations in the resort- nice view and very quiet. The management company was on the ball, and the kitchen was equipped with almost everything you needed. The location is also nice because it's on the back road between Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge; either can be reached in 15ish minutes without all the traffic on the main road. On the less good side, the bed was just so so comfortable and the pillows were especially paltry. The top floor and the stairs also were pretty squeaky; if you have light sleepers on different schedules, that can be problematic. The rooms also really do not have any storage beyond the closet; it was tight with 4 people and luggage, but we made it work. The rest of the cabin has plenty of space. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Property management not helpful. The microwave was broken upon our arrival. I immediately alerted the management staff; a repair person showed up the next day to look at it. He stated the control panel was damaged and he would have to purchase a new microwave from Lowe’s. I never saw or heard from him again. We stayed from Sunday-Friday without the use of a microwave. I asked the property management company for a partial refund since the microwave did not work. I was told the microwave is an amenity and not subject to being repaired. Do not stay at this property or any properties managed by this company.

The property was beautiful and large enough to accommodate our family. The pool table was a nice bonus and the hot tub was clean. The TV speakers were blown, the outside light was burnt out and it was dusty. This was close enough to everything on strip in town. Road was very windy leading to the cabin. Staff was quick to respond and check in and check out was very easy. We were even able to check in to the property early which was a great unexpected benefit. Overall, we would syau here again as the property was large and clean other than the dust.

My overall experience was fine, but the headboard was leaning forward really badly,the sheets had hair on them and a pillow case had spots on them.. almost looked like mildew spots. Other than that it was beautiful.

This was our first rental in the Smoky Mountains. We couldn't be happier with our rental experience! It was a refuge to relax in after sitting for 2.5 hours in traffic returning from Cades Cove - word of advice the park is nuts on the weekend, weekdays were a much nicer experience.The only issue was low water pressure. I assume that may have to do with the location. A very minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic experience. Also, don't forget to bring your own blow dryer and toiletries.

Our cabin was the perfect size for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). It was cozy, comfortable and secluded. The kids especially loved the queen size bunk beds and pool table. Having laundry on site was really beneficial as well.

When we checked in, the bed in the master was dirty. It had dog hair all over comforter, sheets and pillows. The coffee pot was dirty and still had the grounds in It. Every time we turned the lights on in the kitchen we would see cockroaches on the counter top.

This cabin was perfect for our spring break vacation. Our two kids slept in the very large bunk beds and would have happily stayed in the cabin the entire trip. We enjoyed the hot tub and the foosball table. There was a spot for everyone to relax and hang out. The location is central. We used the kitchen to cook and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

In my opinion, it’s not as large as the pictures make it seem but the details are not falsified. It was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. The only gripe was finding it was extremely hard because GPS was inaccurate. It also takes a while to get out of the community to Sevierville & local towns so make sure you have everything you need beforehand.

Just FYI, the ice maker will make ice, but you can’t get it to dispense out of the front of the refrigerator. Plus, the ice freezes up in the container. We had to defrost it twice over our four day stay. Might want to get that fixed.

Definitely going back!!!! Burn I will say a brighter light on the entrance sign would be helpful and 2 rolls of toilet paper instead of 1 in each restroom would be nice, the cabin did accommodate 8 people.

Over all our stay was amazing. There was a wasp nest somewhere on the back balcony that did make is difficult to enjoy the hot tub, this would be the only issue we had. Amazing stay, very comfortable. My family really enjoyed themselves.

This cabin was nice and clean, just as described. The customer service was great and they followed up to see if we needed anything. The check-in was easy and it was ready early. It was good with young kids because there weren't a lot of breakables out. The bunk bed was huge and comfortable for multiple people to sleep on each row. We would stay here again!

The jacuzzi tub doesn't work, the windows haven't been cleaned in years, marijuana was sprinkled all over the pool table and it hadn't been cleaned in years, most of the jets in the hot tub don't have pressure, the rain shower doesn't accommodate two people.
After I made my first complaint about the weed, they offered to send a stranger in the home to clean it-- who wants someone coming in on your family? They didn't offer to change my accommodations or refund me. Instead, someone bashed rotten apples at our porch in an area with posted bear warnings.
