nice location, useful 2 bedroom appartement

the windows are very old and you couldn’t close it for 100%. on Thursday there is a night club downstairs and you are going to have disco music until 01:00 AM, Friday until 03:00 AM. not possible for the family with kids. appartement situated in office building and neighborhood is not happy that you are living there with kids and another question is it legal to live in office building. it is not clean in the apartment compare to hotel standards (even 3 star)

- Low privacy level as windows are just in front of office facilities - It was too cold for us in the apartment with regulators on maximum - Let my specify high noise-level hours: Thu/Fri - till 1am, Fri/Sat - till 3am, Sat/Sun - till 3am

Poor cleaning: fridge stank and there was stale water inside and on the floor, the glasses/forks/knives were fatty and required to be washed before use. Owner informed us of the weekend being noisy. What it should be clearly stated in the apartment description is that the level of noise is the one of a club (on top or below) with loud music, vocalist and people screaming/dancing till past 3am apart strong cigarette smell coming to the apartment.

clean, practical and fully equiped appartment - very supportive owner, considering your needs and making your staying pleasant - well placed location - you can find all you need into surroundings, parks and the city center are at a walking distance away

there are no cons staying there if you get used with the idea of being sorounded by offices buildings; maybe you would miss the view and maybe intimacy but this wasn't the case during my staying there (Christmas + weekend + Covid times) and actually this was a positive aspect considering the context
