Great location, staff were very friendly dogs allowed (for a fee). Lobby was very modern.

Room was pretty small and basic but comfortable. No parking on site but serveral parking garages in the neighbourhood

Great location, almost all the main tourist attractions of Luxembourg City can be reached within 5min by walk. Breakfast is not bad

No free water for refreshment, there’s no power plug at the sides of the bed, making it inconvenient to charge your mobiles

I had no lights when I returned to my room at midnight and the night manager wasn’t able to fix this, it was very disappointing considering the price for one nights stay which was compensated and I now have to put in an email complaint to recoup my money. very disappointing attitude from the hotel staff also. the safe located in the room is also not attached to anything and you can simply pick it up and walk out with it. (anything but safe) again the staff didn’t seem to see this as an issue because it locked.

Great location with several good restaurants around the hotel. Nice art in the hotel and the room was small but comfortable.

The hotel and staff are very nice. But, I wouldn’t stay here again. Air conditioning went out at night and we had to open the windows. Not a busy street but still a lot of noise on a Saturday night. Next to Notre Dame Church and bells start ringing early. Not a place for even semi light sleepers!

Receptionist tried to charge us extra and insulted me on the face for keeping our room "Extra dirty", the lady which sits in the evenings literally told me on the face that we are extra dirty and she wants to charge us extra. They have this system of hanging do not disturb or clean my room. which rotates automatically on it's own if you hang it on the door, so the room service ladies understood it wrong and they did not show up to clean the room. the receptionist tried to create a drama and tried ways to charge us extra. she infact asked me to apologize when I protested and argued with her.
