If I were to build a home for my husband and I, it would be just like this house. Gorgeous, well-thought out floorplan and amenities. Fit our group of 11 comfortably, without getting in each other's way. Will definitely be looking to stay there again.

The hot tub was broken, the dishwasher leaked, cabinet door was off the hinges and had some cosmetic damage. I would say it needed some TLC. We had a good time overall, just not what was pictured on the website pictures.

our cabin was perfect clean and centerally located. the cabins picture show it is a little bit more remote but not ture surrounded by cabins and could of has very close neighbors view is of only trees not see mountains much. but overall the cabin is beautiful clean and perfect for this family games room was excellent and hot tube perfect.

Mt Rushmore Trip
This was a planned family vacation. There were 6 of us in this house. The other six stayed in a nearby house. We all (12) enjoyed the evenings on the deck visiting. Each person had their own bedroom. It was a nice house, and I would sure stay in it again. It was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Well taken care of and clean. Plenty of linens in you needed extra. But no deer ever came around. Did see some turkeys one day off in the bushes.

We enjoyed staying here and was a great place to enjoy with friends. 4 star on cleanliness as the hot tub had some dirt in it and ceiling fans were dusty. All in all a great place to stay .

Fantastic Time!!!
We had the BEST time! The property was awesome for our group, and the house was beautiful. 100% recommend this for anyone staying in the Black Hills!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The kitchen was well stocked for a large group. However, the home does need some maintanence. Two out of four toilets had issues while we were there. They still worked but we had to hand flush one and the other continued to run unless we put the flush handle up. The lodge provided ample space/bedrooms for our family of 6 adults and 6 children. The closeness to Terry Peak ski area is a plus. The kids all enjoyed sledding and there was good space for it. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing.

South Dakota Family Ski Trip
We really enjoyed this trip and appreciate the opportunity to stay at this lodge. The weather was prefect and I was able to teach my four kids to ski. We will definitely be looking at booking another trip next year.

Just okay
The cabin has a nice layout. The furniture was uncomfortable, the dishes In the cupboard were dirty upon arrival and You have to essentially clean the place before you leave including having dishes washed and put away And still be out by 10am. We were also for removing all the garbage, putting the towels in the laundry room and stripping the beds. We pay a cleaning fee so we don’t have to clean because it vacation. The hot tub was great, just don’t mess up the chemicals because there’s a fee if you do. Lots of rules with associated fees which made this cabin a 3 out of 5. Great communication and easy to book.

Loved the property, not far from Terry Peak, very open and spacious. Property manager was very quick with responses. Will stay here again!

Great snowy get away.
The property overall was kept up and nice. Most of the bedrooms were comfortable, although one bed needs a new mattress downstairs. The dumpster in front of the property was overflowing and was never emptied the entire time we were there. It snowed while we were there, and a person came to clear the lot. Overall, we would rent this cabin again.

Beautiful home!
Lots of room for our family gathering! Septic tank light came on, communication went well and was emptied in an hour. Downstairs beds could use an upgrade. Beautiful scenery!

Fun in the Hills
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family felt very “at home” in this house. There was a great variety of sleeping facilities for the entire family ranging in age from 6-67 years old. When we had an issue with the key pad lock on the door, the management was very helpful in resolving our issue.
