The house is amazing and Tammy is amazing! The house was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga for the Ironman event. Tammy was super kind, helpful, and more than accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future!

This place is adorable. The host greeted us as we pulled up and was there to answer any questions. She has everything you could imagine needing in the house. The furnishings were comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We were only there two nights but would have enjoyed much more time there.

We stayed at Kathy's Kottage for 3 weeks for our "live like locals" trip to Chattanooga. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodations. The location is close to everything you want or need. We especially loved being near the Southside historic district. The home is comfortably furnished, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped for all your needs (not to mention, meticulously cleaned upon our arrival!). We enjoyed sitting on the front porch taking in the view of the mountains and the lush greenery on this pretty street. We also made use of the grill on the side deck, and our dogs loved running around the fenced back yard. An unexpected surprise was being able to wander around Tammy's beautiful property right across the street. I highly recommend Kathy's Kottage for your visit to Chattanooga!

Property very comfortable . 15 minutes by car to most major attractions. Clean and easy to get to. Owner was wonderful. Fenced backyard for dogs to run around. We had a very relaxing time.

The property is so close to everything there is to do in Chattanooga. I think the farthest we traveled was 15 miles away and that was Lookout Mountain. The house was spotless, roomy, and oh so cozy! They offer games and a beautiful garden to walk through. If you have kids, there is a playground across the street. The house is equipped with everything you need for the stay. We will definitely be back, it was so good for our souls! Thank you so much Tammy for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house, we loved every single minute!!!!

Two couples stayed at Tammy's place while visiting the sights. Great location - central to everything. House is five years old, well built, well maintained, decorated to the nines. We really enjoyed the front porch and touring Tammy's garden. Would not hesitate to book one of her properties again.

The house is very well-appointed. The front porch is great. We didn’t take advantage of the back yard, but it looks great also. Everything was very clean and well-kept. We absolutely loved our stay in Chattanooga. Tammy is a wonderful hostess. The house is in a perfect location. My four kids and I had a great time. There were a ton of games to play inside and out! I give this two thumbs up and would love to go back.

We booked Kathy’s Kottage for my sister’s bachelorette trip. We all loved the layout of the house and had plenty of room for all 7 girls. There was lots of essentials available for use. We were also close to anything downtown. Everywhere we went was about a 10 minute drive.

Kathy's Kottage was perfect for our little family trip to Chattanooga. Tammy truly thought of everything f at this house. My 2.5 year old son absolutely loved all the toys she had there. We would 100% stay again if we come back to Chattanooga!

We had a fantastic time, the unit was very clean and fully stocked. Excellent host. It was perfect location for our trip. Nothing was very far to get to. Such a great relaxing place to just unwind with family. Loved our stay and will definitely be a frequent guest.

We were so surprised with the beautiful Christmas lights when we pulled up to the house. It's so lovely both inside and out, but Tammy really goes the extra mile with little touches to make it feel very warm and homey. We loved the layout of the house too! It flows really well and the front porch is awesome and we spent a great deal of time there (thanks to a warm New Year's weekend). We brought our dog too and he enjoyed the back fenced-in yard. We visited Lookout Mountain and learned a lot of history. In December and January, the Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge hosts flocks of Sandhill Cranes. It's worth the trip about an hour north. Be sure to go near sunset to see the birds flying back for the evening. The one place we ate out was lunch at the burger bar on the old riverboat. Excellent burgers and fries and gorgeous views of the river! Be prepared at the house for visits each morning from the guinea hens. They are so beautiful They strayed into the backyard when our dog was there one time and barely escaped. LOL We chatted with Tammy and her cute little furball pup one morning as well. She is very nice and accessible across the street if you need her. The only negative is the interstate just above the house which made it noisy at times, but it was still very peaceful otherwise. The neighborhood is in an area where a lot of refurbishing is happening, but the block where the house is located at along with the other properties is very nice and you feel like you are way out in a subburb. Our dog is very skittish of noises and motorcycle and truck noises scare him, so we didn't always get as much time out of him in the yard as we'd like. It was also NYE and fireworks in TN are legal, so it's crazy and really cool seeing all the fireworks going off all over the town below. We put our dog in a thundershirt in a room and cranked up the YouTube Ocean noises and he crashed out while we went outside and watched the fireworks. If you are looking for a place that's comfortable and feels like home and are good with a little noise from the highway from time to time, this is perfect for you. We would definitely stay here again!
