This hotel was excellent. Beautifully decorated, clean, staff were helpful and attentive and went above and beyond. We stayed for 2 nights as a part of our honeymoon. The hotel upgraded our room for free, which was so lovely. We had an amazing view of the city. The room was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included which was great. The value of this hotel was excellent.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The facilities were extremely nice and comfortable. Our room was outstanding with an incredible view of Calgary. And the breakfasts were among the best complimentary breakfasts we have experienced.

Fantastic view from the tower. The room was laid out very intuitively and the space felt open and functional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to.

Wish we could have stayed longer! The room has little to no signage inside. Missing information around for check-out, breakfast, and general info.

Location was ok, parking was a ripoff

I Payed a lot for parking , my car got hit and no one could find who hit it because the parking is owned by someone else, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Pretty fancy for a decent price, although it was the middle of the week.

The breakfast was great. It's always nice to have breakfast included. However, get there early as the dining room gets very crowded. The hotel is lovely and the staff is wonderful. The location is perfect.

There is no daily cleaning service so it would be nice to have the supplies replenished daily - coffee, tissues, etc. We had to go to the front desk for supplies.

How modern and clean it was

The location was a little more difficult to get to. Did not like that it was $30 per night to park. Didn’t like that our AC didn’t work and we didn’t get help for it when we asked.

Modern hotel with comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Great location. Street parking is available and free after a certain time.

The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic.

I arrived on Sunday and left on Wednesday I didn’t need towels or my bed made so lack of housekeeping was no problem but no one came to empty the bins.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Breakfast was always great and offered a wide selection.

Brunch on Saturday was huge variety and delicious. Rooms were very big. Due to airline problems didn’t arrive till 1am yet they had our 2 rooms across hall from one another for our 16 and 21 year old granddaughters which we requested. Staff outstanding accommodating our luggage until we left late afternoon. Also helped with plan to see Calgary as much as possible in 6 hours.

Parking garage full so parked 1 block away in outdoor public lot.

Great location near downtown in Calgary - good sized rooms - excellent breakfast and good coffee shop next door. We stayed on the Stampede Weekend and was perfectly placed for getting out to see the Parade.

Quite close to the railway line so some noise when the trains come through if you're on one of the lower floors.

- very spacious rooms, modern design - walkable to a lot of bars if that’s your vibe

- we got in late (11pm) and the hotel parking lot was full. It’s understandable since the hotel is in the middle of the city but is something to be aware of. We had to park in a gravel lot about half a block from the hotel and were worried about the car being broken into/stolen since it was in a busy nightlife area, but it was fine. Lot was much cheaper than the hotel lot ($8 vs $30) - towels were scratchy - getting down to the lobby in the morning took a while
