Great value for money, nice rooms, good staff, good breakfast.

Felt like the comfort of the pillows and bed could be better since I couldn't fall asleep easy but that is probably just me. Some plane noise.

Comfy beds, spacious room. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Extremely clean! Good location as well with nearby restaurants.

No airport shuttles available before 7am was the only issue we had.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and the items we had all tasted good. Very good value. The scrambled eggs (with cheese and peppers) and the bacon were very good. Usually hotel buffet scrambled eggs aren’t good but these were excellent. The woman running the breakfast area was welcoming and doing a great job keeping things cleaned up and checking on everyone to see how their food was. The shuttle driver was a super nice man.

Both bed and sofa (for sitting, not sleeping) are too hard, not comfy. We could have used more than 2 flavours of tea in breakfast area (suggest Earl Grey) but it was fine. No chocolate was available to buy in the little store. The hallways smell quite perfumey - we were there for more than 1 night and it was overly scented throughout the hotel the whole time.

There are a bunch of hotels in this price range near the airport but this one is better than most of them (I've stayed in at least five in recent years). The room is good and very clean. There's cooking facilities if you need them. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. There's a good restaurant with room service and a good breakfast buffet for about $12. There's also a good little shop beside reception for food items. At many of the other hotels in the airport area, there's nothing much and you have to drive somewhere to get anything to eat. There's also a great pool and well-equipped fitness room here. The location is only minutes from the airport and much easier to find than some of the other hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

The cooking vent has an outside flap that makes an intermittent noise when the breeze blows outside which is an irritant. I stayed here twice in 3 weeks and both rooms had the same problem. I mentioned it to the front-desk and it's a known issue from (recent) construction that apparently affects all the rooms. They will need to do something about it however I solved the problem by turning on the hood fan very low. If not for this issue I would have given the place a 10 rating. It would not stop me from staying there again.

I loved the large, clean, modern rooms with kitchenettes. Had a decent size fridge and even a dishwasher. Plenty of space with couch and two queen beds!

It was a great property, unfortunately I wasn’t there long enough to make use of any amenities. The one thing that could be improved are the shuttle service hours. The shuttle only runs from 7 am until 10 pm I believe. My flight came in at midnight and I needed to be back at the airport for 5 am so I needed to pay for an Uber each way which in the long run ended up costing me more than if I would’ve booked a room at a more expensive hotel with free shuttle service that fit my schedule.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. The location is perfect before you fly back and the free shuttle made things super easy. Will definitely stay there again while in transit.

Perhaps the lack of change room in the pool area but that’s just a detail.

This is a very classy place that is also very affordable. The rooms are stellar, very clean and well equipped. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was so good. The whole place has an really good vibe to it.

The staff at front desk were exceptional, the room was clean, spacious, and had all the facilities as described and in good working condition. Housekeeping was phenomenal! It was my best stay at any Best Western worldwide!

Proximity to the airport nice area, the front desk guy Amar is very friendly and acxomodating. Hotel is so nice, room is clean and so spacious. My kids love it here coming from Europe they love Canada hotel more.

None all are good we will stay here again when in Calgary.

Convenience to airport, and spacious clean rooms

I booked as it said it had a free airport shuttle. However it was not clear on the information provided that the shuttle was only available from 9am to 9pm. Customers booking via booking.com had to click into other information options to find this out - this is not very transparent. I booked this accommodation primarily for the shuttle but our flight was at 8am so we had to arrange a taxi. Other hotels in the area offer a 24 hour shuttle service.

The breakfast is an extra charge, but it looked good and was well stocked and reasonably fresh.
