Comfy bed, plenty of pillows, clean, friendly.

Unfortunately we didn’t end up staying, as we took the family to specifically go into the swimming pool. The pool was so cold you couldn’t even get in it. We left 45 mins after check in, we were told we would be refunded . This has yet to happen

breakfast was amazing. easy to get too. very comfortable and clean.

It was close to the event we were attending Deerfoot Inn Casino

No restaurant in the hotel, except breakfast only. Restaurants were further away especially when nothing close by for walking distance since we had no vehicle. I can smell weed our next door neighbor suite or somewhere near our suite. They had one complimentary water bottle and one chocolate when there was 2 guests my daughter and myself. The bed mattress I can feel a bit of the springs. Overall the place is Outdated.

I found the pillows to high. Other then that everything was wonderful.

The staff and rooms were great, everything was clean and we had more than enough towels. There was always a staff member available and they were always quick to help.

The pool area was very small and crowded, along with the breakfast space it was too small for the amount of people. Only one elevator working at a time.

The breakfast offered was the same each day but there was a good variety and amply amounts. Staff were very helpful when we asked any questions and went out of their way to find information for us.

The location was further from Calgary than we had realised. Our mistake in not researching enough. But we still enjoyed our visit.
