We loved our stay! I was close to downtown and the park which was perfect for us. the view was amazing! the upstairs can get a little loud but we had ear plugs so that was fine. but its perfect for a couple

My wife and I we're looking for a quick, beautiful little getaway to experience the Smokies in the fall. We definitely found it! The condo was a perfect size, the decor was very nice, it was stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend, it was honestly fantastic. Tge view from the back balcony was incredible, as tired as we were each morning we kept waking up early to watch the full view of the sunrise. I really cant say enough. If you read any complaints about the condo it usually falls under the category of the drive up the roads; yea its windy and steep but its Gatlinburg, expect it! You get used to it very fast, and on 3 occassions we saw black bears on the road! Anyways, can't go wrong with this one! Happy travels!

We're from Kansas, so not used to the winding mountain roads. We stayed out until after dark the first night and never made that mistake again! Nerve racking!
We did see bears a couple of times on our way back to our room.
That view is incredible. Loved it!

The views are amazing from the condo. The owner was very responsive. I can not give it 5 stars tho- the condo had a very damp/musty/moldy odor to it. The bed sheets did not appear clean either. She did refund me $50 due to the smell.

The unit was very well kept and clean, yet comfy and perfect for a stay in the Smokies. The Mountain View was unbeatable, as was the simple check in and check out procedure. I would highly recommend this unit if you and your significant other are considering a trip to the Gatlinburg area.

Short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and easy access to the National park without having to get in all the traffic. The host were very nice and kept us up to date with everything if we needed them (which we did not). Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here! It was a nice drive quick drive in my opinion to downtown Gatlinburg and it had beautiful views. Highly recommend!

The property is wonderful, it’s beautiful and extremely clean and inviting. We loved staying there, BUT the drive up the mountain was terrible and scary. It had been raining and so it was even worse. We planned our activities during the morning and afternoon to avoid the road after dark. I will add that my husband and I are in our upper 70’s, the road might not be as scary for someone younger.

It was a wonderful stay for me and my new husband! The view was breath taking!! Everything was very clean! The power went out because of the wind but Janice was wonderful to communicate with and got right back to me when I needed her! We will definitely use this room again for a trip to the mountains in the future!

Very cozy. Beautiful view of mountains from balcony. Nice kitchen, comfortable couch, and good strong shower. Overall very relaxing. Saw a mama bear and her three cubs nearby. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Chalet Village for three nights while hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains. We completely enjoyed our evenings in the room. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the mountains from the balcony was beautiful.

I have been staying at this property for 3 years now. The host is great and usually always fast to reply. I will continue to stay as long as she owns the property. The place has a wonderful view and it very quite, my only complaint has nothing to do with the host or property. It’s the weather! If it’s a dense fog traveling up the mountain at night is the worst. We usually plan those days as staycation days. If you a considering staying here just do it. You won’t regret it.

My friend and I stayed here on a girls weekend of hiking. It was perfect for our needs. The condo is small but had everything we needed. Janice was very prompt and kind to assist us when we needed her. Nice view of the mountains and you can watch some skiing from the balcony.

Loved the condo beautiful view. Definitely would book again. The mountain is very steep to drive, skinny roads. A little scary at night. But the overall experience was fantastic.

Speaking of elevation, you will be driving in very steep and winding roads to get here. There's a few hairpin turns as well, so it's not a bad idea to rent a 4WD if your car doesn't have it.
But they say you gotta go up if you want a view, and this place does NOT disappoint. You have to see it to believe it. Would definitely recommend you stay here!
