Great house for 8 friends to stay for a weekend. This house had everything we needed and more. We loved ending our night in the hot tub. The master bedroom is beyond nice. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

This was the perfect place for my family to meet up and celebrate a late Christmas. The house was perfect, so beautifully decorated and even had Christmas decorations and lights still up! The owners have really thought of everything...we noticed all the little touches. We definitely would love to return again sometime.

We loved staying here. Very luxurious cabin that owners have thought about every detail. Within minutes of checking in, we saw flocks of wild turkeys, a herd of deer, and several elk. Our favorite was a giant buck that would come to visit every day while we had coffee on the patio. It was a wonderful week and we hope to return soon.

The house is charming, warm and comfortable. It was decorated tastefully for Christmas which was a lovely surprise. The kitchen was well stocked and we all had fun cooking bison chili, mac & cheese and big breakfast. The fireplaces are cozy and really warm up the house. Elk in the back yard was a thrill for us. The house is so nice and conveniently located a short distance from town. We had a terrific time.

Extremely comfortable, beautiful remodel, and loved the access to river, hot tub and firepit. Were going to go out to eat, but decided to stay in as the house was so nice and has a well appointed kitchen. Looking forward to another stay.

We loved everything about this property. Walking in the front door, we were impressed right away by the beautiful woodwork and fireplace. Then we went upstairs to the master bedroom and were in awe. The view from the balcony was amazing.
There were so many small details that we appreciated, from the welcome basket to the robes in every bedroom. We enjoyed beautiful afternoons on the deck, and an evening in the hot tub after a long day of hiking.
The property is close enough to town, that we were able to walk home after some shopping in town. There were deer in the front yard on several occasions. There were also turkeys down by the water.
Our stay was seamless and we would definitely recommend this home! There is beauty everywhere you look!

This house is fantastic. We were in Estes Park for a wedding and this house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. It is centrally located just a 3 - 5 minute drive to downtown. 5-10 minute drive to visitor center at the National Park.
The house has plenty of space to be comfortable. Outdoor space is beautiful and well equipped. The house has clearly be taken care of by the owners making it more of an upscale stay. Furniture (including beds) are very comfortable. Bedding is very nice similar to a JW Marriott or a Westin.
We would absolutely stay here again. Bonus, the River that runs through the backyard, you can hear it from the primary bedroom and see it while sitting in the hot tub.

This home is even nicer than the pictures. Perfect location for all of us. My husband has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He has always wanted to go to the Rockies so while he is still able to travel we decided to meet our friends in Estes Park . We could not have stayed in a more perfect home. No stairs for my husband and the most perfect deck and tabletop fire pit (which we used every night).
As a bonus when the ladies went shopping the town was full of elk, eating all the flowers and lounging in the park.

This was our dream mountain vacation. We hiked everyday day in awe of the landscape. The location of the house is so close to the entrance of RMNP. Near town but not too close. Up the street there are a few great trails/climbs. We loved walking to town, hanging out by the river watching the hummingbirds and ouzels and playing ping pong in the evening. We saw multiple elk from the property too. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking full meals (economical restaurants were hard to come by). The house was also clean and well stocked with extra blankets and towels. Wi-Fi was strong as my husband had to work remotely a couple days.
Thanks again for helping us achieve the best trip we’ve ever had. I would love to come back during every season!

My family of 5 stayed 4 nights here. Two of the party only stayed 2 nights. It was the perfect place for us. We each had our own suite which made it very nice. The place is peaceful, clean, and convenient. Would highly recommend this place.

Our family had a fantastic stay! Close to downtown Estes and the house is amazing! Spacious bedrooms and great living room for hanging out together. Hot tub and views are amazing. Sunrise over the mountains in the mornings. Turkeys and deer crossing through. Hope to return for sure!

Dancing Pines was a wonderful house with everything we could ask for. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking RMNP. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were all very comfortable.

This home is beautiful. It is immaculate, well thought out and perfect in every way. We’ve been coming to Estes Park for over 50 years and our family has lived around the area for longer than that. We’ve stayed in hotels, motels and frequent the Stanley Hotel. No more! If this home is available, it is the only place for us. The location and setting are lovely and proximity to town excellent. The thoughtful amenities, comfortable beds, plush towels and hot water make it incomparable! Bravo on an amazing property!

We gathered as a family here for our parents 43rd anniversary, the home was spacious enough for everyone to have space and still easy to gather in the main living area to spend time together. The proximity to a grocery store, restaurants and some unique gift shops was a pleasant surprise that made home cooked meals and souvenir shopping so easy and in the evenings we would drive through RMNP to watch elk herds graze and then head home for dinner and the hot tub. It was a dream and a perfect family retreat.

It was awesome! Everything was perfect. From the bedrooms, the den, the kitchen , the hot tub…just amazing, wonderful and so relaxing. To top it off the elk and deer outside the door was incredible.
