Suburb location on the tip of Ile St Louis. Beautiful, spacious apartment with big windows that let in natural light and the wonderful sounds of the street. Host was very responsive, professional and accommodating.

Location!! I booked this apartment because I needed the space, and it does do well with three bedrooms and a sofa bed.  It looked well-stocked, but we didn’t cook there.

Decor… if you’re looking for Parisian charm, don’t stay here. It was like a student digs, or Ikea but worse, with weird photo portraits on all the walls. All original features have been removed. The bathroom situation was difficult because one of them is in a bedroom so it took some shuffling.

It was absolutely perfect for a holiday in Paris. You will not find a better apartment at a better place in the center of Paris.

Close to a lot of things to do. 2 blocks from Notre Dame. Plenty of places to eat. Our host gave us recommendatons of areas to go for food and shopping. He was right. We walked everywhere. Good security. Need a code or fob to get in and out. Washer and dryer on location which was helpful with kids. There are residents in building so they have quiet time at night, which was nice.

The lift is very small. Two people and a couple of suitcases. So you have to make multiple trips. But that wasn't that inconvenient.

Marc the manager was extremely friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable of the area & the Harcourt Property. The property was in an excellent neighborhood on the Il Saint Louis in the center of Paris. fabulous restaurant within walking distance & the place was clean & the code to get in was easy & accessible. The property was clean & nice!!!

Excellent location and spacious room for family and group trips. Everything is walking distance within 10min! The host was super nice and helpful as well! We'll definitely come back again!

The communication with Marc was excellent. The location is amazing on one of the 2 islands on the Seine, close to Notre dam, the Louvre. Beautiful island with everything on the doorstep from reastaraunts to ice cream shops, creps, butcher baker fruit shop supermarket.

Wonderfully set up apartment with multiple useful amenities (dishwasher, washing mashine, dryer...). Very convenient check-in and check-out, the host was amazing and very accommodating! I recommend this stay to everyone! Will be coming back.

There were a few breakages during our stay such as broken dishwasher, front security door and poor water pressure.

The location was perfect! Close to Nice cafés, wine bar, oyster bar, pâtisserie, etc... You just have to cross the bridge and you are in The Marais and close to the city Hall. For kids there's a little playground along the Seine were you can have a nice long walk.

The apartment looks much bigger on the pictures. We were with 4 adults, 2 kids and a toddler so it felt a bit crowded at times. The building is quite old so you can hear the neighbours upstairs walking and running(?) late at night. The dishwasher was not working properly and unfortunately there was no way of repairing it during our short stay... Also, the pressure of the water was not very strong in both showers.

The apartment was fabulous! It was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The location was central and beautiful -- right across the river from both Notre Dame and the Marais. Marc met us when we arrived, took our bags, gave us the keys and suggestions on restaurants nearby, and arranged for our taxis to the airport when it was time to leave. I highly recommend this property.

We suggest providing more kitchen towels and conditioner for the shower. These are small suggestions -- we loved everything!

the size and location are incredible. beds are all queen size in each room and super comfortable. sheets excellent. having a washer and dryer is a must. kitchen was well equipped however olive oil and some basic pantry seasonings would be cool. the access to the building was so easy and the lift in the building was nice for luggage etc. fabulous lay out with children as you have two extra bedrooms and two full bathrooms. we could’ve moved our family or 6 right in!

water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. master bath has almost no hot water but smaller shower in guest bedroom worked sufficient enough. would take over an hour to fill the tub in the master but was worth it to have a warmer bath then a cold shower

fantastic. great location with great cafe downstairs. very clean and spacious lounge area. a little noisy at night but once you close windows and shutters you have a great night sleep.

didn’t like the steam iron. made it very difficult to iron pleated tops and on linen it was useless. would prefer ironing board with iron
