Stanze pulite e fornite di tutto il necessario, posizione centralissima, appartamento accogliente

Le lenzuola e asciugamani per i due divani letto erano all'interno della penisola del divano e, con nessuna indicazione di dove si trovassero, a nessuno è venuto in mente che la penisola si potesse aprire (il letto si apriva senza dover aprire la penisola). Quando ho chiamato per fare presente che non avevamo trovato le lenzuola ci è stato detto in maniera molto scortese che c'erano ed era colpa nostra che non avevamo guardato ovunque, e che visto che ormai era tardi (erano le 18) ci avrebbero pensato il giorno dopo. Solo dopo aver insistito che (chiaramente) delle lenzuola avevamo bisogno per la notte, ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero mandato una foto di dove si trovavano... direi che non bisognerebbe arrivare a discutere per avere l'informazione di dove trovare una cosa essenziale come le lenzuola. Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene.

Location was great. We found it very easy to walk to all the major sites. Local are was clean and appeared very safe. Lots of cafes and great restaurants. Apartment was clean and a good size for our group. Heating was good as was ventilation. Courtesy toiletries pack a nice gesture. Plenty of towels and good shower pressure.

Four flights of pretty ordinary stairs to the apartment . Ensuite bathroom basin under a cupboard so difficult to use. Kitchen sink built into a corner so hard to use.

Ottima posizione, host molto disponibile, locale pulito e accogliente

Troppe scale. Viaggiando con persone anziane è stato difficile e molto preoccupante farli arrivare così alti. Avrei trovato più corretto indicare nella descrizione della suite la presenza di tutte queste scale.

Location couldn’t be better. Getting the information for getting inside the place was fairly easy. I really enjoyed not having to worry about a key, as all was handled with numeric codes, which made it easier as we were 8 staying there. The kitchen is fully equipped I had to do Home office during my stay and the internet worked smoothly. Well connected with the public transportation

4th floor without a lift - this is actually not as bad if you have no mobility issue, just to take into consideration.

No tiene elevadores, las escaleras están muy viejas, el apartamento queda en el piso 4, así que si llevas maletas pesadas de toca cargar, no hay nadie para apoyarte en la entrada. No apto para personas mayores, ni con problemas de movilidad; un solo higiénico en la sala, eso si tienes tres duchas en las habitaciones

Many things we didn't like, but on the positive the apartment was somehow clean, warm and there was hot water 24/7. This apt is ok only if you are 2 families, max 6 persons and you don't have a problem with 4 floors of stairs.

1. There were not 3 bathrooms. Unless a room without a toilet is considered a "bathroom"....There were 1 bathroom (with toilet, bathtub and sink), 1 WC(with toilet and really small sink) and 2 small rooms with shower and sink. We were 3 different families, so we needed 3 bathrooms, that's why we booked this apartment. But when we entered we saw the rooms I described, so with only 2 toilets we couldn't stay in 3 different families. I immediately contacted the 4 phones that the owners had but no answer, I also contacted booking.com but no help. Booking.com send me a message at the 2nd day to tell me that they found owners and they told them that there were 3 bathrooms, but thats not true and it was already too late, our friends left and booked to stay somewhere else on the 1st day. 2. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. This wasn't in the description when we booked it, if it was we wouldn't book this apartment. 3. There were 3 bedrooms, so 6 people could stay there. The others have to stay at the sofa-beds in the living room. But there were no sheets and towels for them and the extra pillows were dirty. 4. We were locked out of the apartment at the 1st night because the owners hadn't told us that after the unlock code at the second door we have to press # . We tried to contact them again at the 4 phones given but no answer, thanks God we found that out ourselves after some time. 5. The entrance and shared staircase of the building that you have to go up 4 floors is a mess. Dirty, with broken stairs and broken railings.

Buena ubicación, apartamento reformado y con buen aspecto aparentemente. Es cierto que este tipo de alojamiento se utilizan solamente para dormir y la decoración es algo menor, pues lo importante es la comodidad de las camas y la limpieza.

La experiencia no ha sido todo lo agradable que debería. El propietario envía un mensaje con el código de acceso, llegamos sobre las 21 horas y el código no funcionaba. Le llamo varias veces a uno de los teléfonos que facilita y no consigo contactar con él. Uso el segundo número de teléfono y resulta que es de una chica de Valencia que no tiene nada que ver con él. Por ello, vuelvo a intentar contactar con él con el primer número de teléfono, pero no obtengo respuesta. Finalmente consigo acceder tras probar suerte añadiendo un dígito al código de acceso, me pregunto qué hubiera sido de nosotros si no tenemos la suerte de acertar el último dígito. Éramos 8 personas más un bebé en París a las 21 horas y estaba lloviendo. El portal del edificio da miedo, sucio por todos lados, cubos de basura muy deteriorados y grietas por las paredes. El apartamento está reformado y tiene buen aspecto aparentemente, pero estaba sucio, las sábanas con pelos, los baños con botes de jabón de anteriores inquilinos abiertos. La cocina estaba sucia y con la campana extractora goteando grasa. Todas la ventanas estaban abiertas y el apartamento helado. Todo ello me hace pensar que el apartamento había estado en uso hasta momentos antes de entrar nosotros y no había sido acondicionado correctamente (limpieza, aireado, cambio de sábanas, ...). Solamente hay tres habitaciones, la cuarta es el comedor con dos sofás cama muy incómodos y sucios. Los cuartos de baño son pequeños y algún lavabo es inutilizable de lo pequeño que es. En un cuarto de baño solamente hay ducha y lavabo y en otro solamente váter. Las camas son incomodisimas.
