the breakfast wasn’t the best

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean although I didn’t care for the scent in the room.

The staff was very rude. I got the impression that they were doing their job and nothing more. Breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. sharp and if you were in the middle of getting eggs or bread or fruit they would take the tongs away so you couldn’t finish and just looked at you and said breakfast is over. They also gave us the wrong directions to our room.

Good location and friendly staff. breakfast was good. rooms were comfortable and clean.

air conditioner didn’t work. changed rooms and the a/c worked but made a horrible loud noise. staff was nice enough to move us, but the hvac system needs to be updated

the bed was uncomfortable. It sagged on the outer edges with a hump in the middle. The bed was too high. Difficult to get in and out. Coffee cup lids did not fit the cups.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean overall, nice workout room, quiet.

I have two questions. 1) The room had three pillows instead of four. Is that typical? 2) The remote was lying on top of the plastic sleeve, not inside it. Are your hotels still sanitizing the remotes?

It was very clean and the employees we're very nice. it was not crowded at all so that was nice as well.

The only thing that bothered me was that my bed slanted down as if it had been slept in on one side too many years. Everything else was great
