The only complaint I have is the smell of the cleaning products that are used, it was overwhelming!

Property in excellent shape since it's new. Very enjoyable stay. Only hitch was the remote to the TV didn't work. I went down to the desk to ask for assistance, about 9 pm. The lady said there was no one from housekeeping or maintenance on the property. I found that a bit odd. Regardless, a very nice property. I would stay there again.

We usually stay here cause they slow dogs with reasonable prices. Room smelled a bit like funky socks and elevators were dirty. Breakuwas pretty good for the venue.

I booked because the hotel looked new and reviews started clean.
My main issue is the walls are paper thin. I joined a conference call at 6am with the person in the next room. Heard everything on the call. Every person walking down the hall i could hear.
The elevators, both of them, had sticky floors both days, never cleaned. As did the dining area.
The rooms were not dirty but didn't feel clean.
It's nice they have 24 hour coffee, but it's really subpar (water).
If it is a brand new building, that's Even more disappointing because of the construction quality.

This was a very pleasant stay. It was our first experience with a LaQuinta property and we are actually Marriott people. This was a very pleasant experience. Room was clean and very up to date. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Stopped through for the night. Pros: easy off the interstate, comfortable beds, pretty good breakfast though not special. Cons: the doors are very thin, so you will hear everything in the halls and to an adjoining room; it is billed as pet friendly but they upcharge $25 per night and have you sign a separate waiver. Overall pretty good

Because of travel delays I had to make a last minute reservation. I usually stay at Marriott properties, but there was nothing in the area. I took a chance on the LaQuinta and I was very pleased. The hotel seemed pretty new and the staff was very friendly. Great experience.

What a great hotel to stop at on our cross country trip. Comfy beds, great water pressure in shower, and QUIET. Avoid the Cracker Barrel next door, food was terrible.

WiFi terrible, no service most of the stay. Shower handle bar was hanging on by a thread. Toilet slept lid was not attached on one side. Slid all over when you sat down.

They don’t allow enough characters for my full Google review. Basically, there’s mold as pictured & it isn’t family friendly bc we got threatened to be reported to the manager by the staff at 5 in the afternoon for our children playing due to noise complaints. The breakfast was also nasty except for the pre made things like bagels, toast, etc. I wouldn’t stay again & I wouldn’t recommend it.

Have three rooms, staff super nice. 1 of the rooms the toilet seat was broke and you had to move it each time back in place to use it. If you have more than one room I’d ask for room with joint door that was great. Location perfect and busy areas and safe.

Very nice room. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Hot and cold breakfast. Coffee needs some flavored creamer and maybe better brand. Taste wasn't very good. Best price in the area for a nice hotel luke this.

I booked this hotel because we are traveling with two small kids and it said they had tub shower combos, which they did not and we were also told there were no rooms with carpet at all even though the photos clearly showed rooms with carpet. It was snowing the floors were slippery in the room when they got wet from our shoes. Breakfast was undercooked eggs and cold sausage. There was also no heat in the lobby where breakfast was held. The cleanliness was subpar at best. This wasn’t our first stay at a La Quinta hotel, but will definitely be our last.

The smell is TERRIBLE! I can’t stand Fabulousa cleaner and the place is drenched in it.

I had a great stay. However the housekeeping staff needs to be mindful of the noise and chatter early in the morning. You could hear them chattering in the halls, loudly in Spanish around 8am. When I got on up and walked out the room, it appeared they were huddle up with their carts, having a meeting. Some people sleep in. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Afternoon staff was watching TV when I arrived. Didn't acknowledge me at first. I asked for TV listing guide,was told it was in room. Came back and said it wasn't in room,after looking in several drawers was told that channel 7 had the guide. Would have appreciated being told that in the beginning.

Property charged a $100 incidentals fee. That was fine but then they posted it to my card. So I called property and was told would be credited in 2 to 3 days. Now I have to make sure it actually gets credited. What a pain to deal with. I understand the fee but leave in pending since there were no incidental charges. No other property posts these kinds of fees. I will avoid La Quinta in the future.

Room was in like new condition and well cleaned. Property is in nice condition overall. Staff was busy but friendly and efficient on check in, and helpful with replacing an empty tissue box. Included breakfast was of the variety expected and nicely done. Easy access off Interstate 40 for a convenient overnight stay when on the road.
