There was a good selection of cereals, yogurts, scrambled eggs, meat, pancakes, and baked goods. I enjoyed the eggs with a freshly toasted bagel. Apples and oranges were available also.

There were no issues during our stay.

Even though there was a mix up with our reservation, it was worked out quickly and the desk staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. I liked that there was an ice machine on my floor.

I wanted something just outside of the big city, so the location was great. However, it did not appear to be in a great neighborhood or have much to do near it. Shopping was hard to find. The design of the hotel was pretty. The bed was amazing.

The fridge was so small we ended up having to throw away stuff from our cooler that we wanted to keep. No microwave, no in room coffee pot. The room number was still marked on the shower tiles with pencil from when it was built which made me think the shower walls haven't been washed. The room had a really bad odor, reminded me of a hamster cage. The 4th floor hallway did not have air and it was 100° outside, so very hot and uncomfortable in the halls. There was a large group of young men staying at the same time and they decided to make the lobby their frat house for the weekend. The pool hours were not great. It would be much nicer if pool could open at 6-7am for those who want to swim before getting ready and heading out for the day. The view of the back side of the hotel is run down houses and an overgrown field.

i liked everything about the hotel, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the pool was a fair temperature, the daily food was magnificent and the location was quiet and felt really safe. I would just ask that they also add non pork meat options to breakfast.

Staff was unaware of the previous staff actions. We had to change rooms and in the morning our keys didn't work. In the evening they sent another guest to our room. Staff was oblivious and unapologetic for the many inconveniences

The bathroom floor was dirty. The room wasn't ready upon check-in, but only because we asked to be close to our family, so that was not an issue. I am not sure if the housekeeper was having an off day or she rushed through.

Heat didn't work the first night but they fixed the problem quickly also they could upgrade the breakfast a lil other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The lounge area was accessible to children that may have cause damage to the pool table and pool sticks i tho k it should be a rule that children under 16 shouldn’t 12 play on the table

They didn't have shampoo in our room--only 2 conditioners

Could not regulate the room temperature, the water pressure in the shower wasn't working well enough to rinse off while taking a shower. The Wi-Fi wasn't set up properly, because the channel sequence for the streaming service would not connect to the channels that the guide said it was.

People was really nice and it was a really nice hotel.. Great for Family
