Good location and friendly staff

La camera era silenziosa, pulita e profumata. Il letto grande e comodissimo. Il bagno perfettamente pulito, ben illuminato con tutte le dotazioni: asciugacapelli, salviette, sapone shampoo e persino ciabatte monouso. Presente anche la cassaforte grande e facilissima da impostare. Frigorifero funzionante con due bottiglie d'acqua a disposizione "non a pagamento" tutti i giorni della nostra permanenza.

Piccolo contrattempo, le luci generali non funzionavano, il primo giorno non ci è stato proposto il cambio camera, in serata avrebbero riparato il guasto. Il giorno dopo la direzione scusandosi, mi ha proposto il cambio, (sotto Natale non si trovavano elettricisti) ma non avendo voglia di spostare tutto ho rinunciato. Comunque mi è stata fornita una lampada a stelo apprezzatissima.

L’accueil, la chambre et le petit déjeuner j’ai beaucoup apprécié la musique d’ambiance et les vidéo

The mirror in my room was broken, I asked for help because I lost a bracelet that the receptionist said he would ask the staff and give me an answer later, but he never got back to me (I don’t think by any means the staff would have taken it, I might just have dropped it under the bed or something like that, but I just wanted to ask if they have seen it while they cleaned the room)

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Gare de Lyon ist ausgezeichnet. Man hat direkt Anschluss an das Zugnetz, auch an die Metro der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

All comfortable and easy. Excellent location if arriving by train from gare de Lyon. Nice to have Clarins products in the bathroom.

The pillows were not so comfortable (I prefer feather/down pillows).

Very fresh, clean and stylish. The reception is so helpful too. It was a great location with the train station nearby. We were able to go all over Paris over our four days with the metro easily and there was a lovely bakery around the corner from us as well.

Clean Comfy bed Location

Staff were very helpful and professional. There was always someone available when ever we need something.

Very close to Gare de Lyon if you're taking a train from there. Friendly staff and comfy bed. Bathroom was small but the shower was good. Great breakfast but the eggs were cold. It was on a quiet street with 2 cafes very close by.

The AC wasn't on in the evening at the bar/reception area. Too hot to enjoy a glass of wine on the bar. Room was a decent size but the decor was a bit gaudy. Pictures make the reception area look bigger than it is.

Location, very modern and clean, great breakfast.

No storage in the room, broken jammed open bathroom door on first day arrived, was repaired and this time the door was jammed closed with granddaughter trapped inside on the day we were checking out.

The clarins soap was a nice touch. It was nicely designed. It was very close to the train station.

The room was way too small. The twin beds were pushed together to make a queen bed which defeats the purpose of having twin beds. The female staff member was also borderline rude. The area its located wasn't very nice and didn't feel very safe unlike other areas I've stayed in Paris. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location next to Gare de Lyon was great. The staff were amazing. They couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming.
