Great Size, very comfortable , amazing location

The way you get your key code is uncomfortable and stressing

Very nice cabin, plenty of room for us, loved the location! It was very nice that the staff called while we were there and wanted to see how we were doing and if we needed anything! Also enjoyed the turkeys in front of our cabin every morning!

The only thing I can say is we were only provided with 2 wash towels, there were 4 of us. And the cabin sleeps 8. So I had to do laundry a bit. And when they called to see if we needed anything I told them we needed more so they only brought 2 more, so one each a day. Still had to do laundry daily

It was a good location, close to everything.

The dishes were dirty, the blankets had blood and dirty things on them, there were dirty towels left in the upstairs bathroom behind the door, dog hair all over the place even on the kitchen table, the king size bed was hard you can feel the springs and it makes a lot of noise like a creaking noise. The hot tub jets didn’t work, the table was really dirt outside like someone had spilled something on it and it was never cleaned, the grill outside wasn’t cleaned either, it was like someone had just cooked on it before we checked in and left it like that. The main bedroom smelled like urine.

Very nice cabin, very clean. Couches were a bit outdated and mattress was a little hard in the bedroom but it worked great for us for 1 night.

Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Only had 2 very minor issues. The back door wouldn’t close unless it was dead bolted so we had to get up and down a lot to close the door when we were on the back porch. The only other minor complaint were not all of the blinds worked on the back door and windows. Neither of these things would prevent me from going back or recommending this place!
