Very enjoyable, already looking at booking the same apartment for next year.

Excellent apartment, spacious and well maintained. Nice touch from the host to leave a bottle of wine, fruit, etc. Beds comfortable. Ideal for cycling and good bike storage facilities.

The only slight issue was the Wi-Fi connection in the master bedroom wasn’t the best as it did keep dropping off the network, otherwise good.

A most enjoyable and relaxing experience

We have just returned from a long stay at this lovely comfortable apartment . Everything is provided and the Mel the host is most welcoming and helpful in every respect. The peaceful location was just perfect for us , with the roof terrace providing both sea and Mountain views This property is a real credit to the owner.

Bardzo dziękujemy Gospodarzowi za wspaniałe wakacje!

Lokalizacja prawie przy samej plaży, na spokojnej ulicy. Plaża klimatyczna, piękne widoki na góry i jachty stojące w zatoce. Na plaży prysznice ze słodką wodą. Obok apartamentu park, blisko kilka fajnych knajpek. Parkowanie samochodu na ulicy, jednak zawsze udawało się nam znaleźć wolne miejsce w odległości do 100 m od budynku. W odległości 500 m duży sklep spożywczy Eroski, zaopatrzenie i ceny na poziomie Lidla lub lepsze. Apartament na 1 piętrze, dostępna także winda. Do mieszkania wchodzi się do części wspólnej (salon + kuchnia), z salonu wyjście na loggię - tu wygodne miejsce do siedzenia czy spożywania posiłków. Z salonu także przejście do niewielkiego patio - tu pralka i suszarka, stojaki na rowery a nawet stojak do serwisu rowerów!. W dalszej części mieszkania trzy sypialnie - jedna ma własną łazienkę oraz wyjście na kolejne patio. Z korytarza wejście do kolejnej łazienki. Mieszkanie bardzo funkcjonalne dla 5-6 osób, wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty pod ręką. Dodatkowo na dachu budynku (3 piętro) wspólny duży taras z widokiem na okolicę.

Mały minus - praktycznie nie działa Wi-Fi w dalszej części mieszkania. Dobry zasięg w salonie.

Very nice flat in very good location.

Very nice flat good located in Port Pollenca. The flat has all you need, and the owner is very helpfull. It will be difficult to make it better than this!

Excellent apartment.

Excellent Host. He waited for us with the keys. The kitchen was fully equipped and wine, water, milk and some fruits had been prepared for us.

Exceptional

Spacious- very close to excellent beaches. 2 balconies plus utility / bike area. Large Rooftop sun bathing area. Mel was very helpful and responded speedily to requests.

The location; close to beach, just along from the busier part of the town but not too quiet, big supermarket 10/15 minutes walk away, spacious, immaculately clean, well stocked with essentials on arrival. Really nice to have beach towels supplied too. Very comfortable for the family. Fabulous host Mel.

The best! Beautiful place in a fab location with a lovely and accommodating host.

I have just returned from a weeks holiday with my elderly parents and my son. All of us, in such a mixed age group, loved staying here. This apartment is fabulous. It is spacious, really well equipped, in a lovely position and is beautiful. As others have said, the photos are very representative, but still don't do it justice. It is so well thought out and I cannot fault it. Mel, the host, is very generous and friendly. Met us late at night, later than we'd anticipated, to show us around the apartment. There was a fantastic welcome pack - wine, fruit, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablets and other things besides. You are so close to the beach, nice restaurants, but very private and it's quiet with a lovely nature reserve just behind it which you can see from the roof terrace. If your browsing and look at the reviews, just book! You will not be disappointed.

I loved everything! Possibly a grab handle would be bonus in bath, but this is such a minor thing and only a suggestion.

Relaxing break away from the UK!

Location, close to beach, supermarkets, shops, cafes/restaurants. Size of property, having 2 bathrooms with family worked very well. It is also an ideal spot for cyclists plus there is storage for your cycles. When we arrived Mel gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly. He provided some essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, wine, water, fruit and biscuits. Mel even offered to buy some supermarket goods when we realised the supermarket was closed on Sunday in Port de Pollença!

Very spacious apartment. Lots of fruit and a bottle of wine as welcome gift. Excellent location. Close to the beach and restaurants but nevertheless very quiet.

Showers in bathtubs. Not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities.

Spotlessly clean, bright, fantastic location. beds and sofa v comfortable. private and v safe. Netflix nice touch. in fact lots of nice touches. appreciated the wine. balcony and roof terraces great bonuses.

WiFi didn’t work in bedrooms. Shower weak flow. Kettle basic and toaster not work.

Exceptional

We really like the premium feeling during our stay. The day we arrived, we found bottle of wine and fruits in the kitchen. The appartment was really spacious and confortable with amazing terace outside. We can only recommend. We definetely want to return in the future. Thanks a lot

We had the worst weather but the holiday was still good down there the quality of the accommodation.

The property is in a great location. Mel, the host, is very good, attentive and friendly. The accommodation is modern, spacious and very clean. It has everything you would need in the kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer/dryer as well as many plates, glasses etc. Also games, books etc. The more are three outdoor spaces which are great.

A very minor point, the beds could be a little more comfortable for our taste but others could find the hard bed excellent. That’s a very small point and everything else was excellent.

Puerto Pollensa never disappoints, fantastic we have already booked this apartment for next year.

Everything. Mel greeted us even though we were over an hour late leaving the airport. He took his time to show us around the apartment making sure we were happy with the rooms and explained a few things to us. So many little touches that make your stay better from providing beach towels, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, tea, coffee, sugar, the list is endless and no other apartment or villa provides these little touches. Mel also left a welcome pack of fruit, wine, nibbles and milk. The apartment is finished to a very high standard, having a lift in the building is a real treat and the roof terrace and views from it are beautiful. Superb location, the beach, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. This apartment is exceptional.

Great holiday is a beautiful apartment which we would definitely try to stay again

The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay even UK power socket converters, a parasol and as body board (all of which we used). It is set back from the beach (about 20m to the front) in the quieter end of Port de Pollensa but still with lots of restaurants. We liked the restaurant at the end of the port which is walkable. We had breakfast on the front veranda each morning. We were greeted with a fruit bowl, bottle of wine and lots of coffee capsules (thank you).

I cannot rate this highly enough. Mel is a fantastic host and looked after us brilliantly. The apartment is gorgeous, spotless and in a fabulous location. We will definitely be back!

Superb location and very spacious

The apartment is very spacious and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The location is superb with only a 100m walk to the beach. There is a bike rental shop on the ground floor in the same building which is really practical if you want to go cycling (like we did). The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view on the Mallorcan hills.

Superb

Ideal location just a few metres from sea front, beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment is excellent and perfect for families and groups with many facilities such as a great kitchen, a lift and laundry. Bedrooms were a good size as.were the bathrooms. Plenty of living space. Mel was a fantastic host. Perfect for cyclists.

Wonderful vacation in Sea One for family with teenagers and grownup kids

Wonderful spacious appartment. Very convenient with 2 bathrooms, when you are a big family. Extremly close to the sea, and only 10 minutes walk to the town.

When you like to cook yourself, some more kitchen equipments could be nice.
