The hotel way exceeded our expectations, it was a superb find: perfect location (only 300 metres from the corniche), super large rooms with a separate longe and balcony, really friendly and helpful staff, great pool and a superb breakfast choice with really high quality food. Highly Recommended!!

The location was great, the choice was great, it really suited my stay with my young son. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Close to the sea, with spots to park the car nearby. Great amenities and good food for breakfast and dinner.

The mattresses were not very comfortable.

My 12yr old son is gluten intolerant and the staff(Melena & team) and chefs were exceptional....every dish was labelled to contain gluten/gluten free and they would prepare something for him if there wasnt an option he liked available. Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless. Superb!

Breakfast gorgeous staff all so nice. And so relaxed with my. Ad timekeeping which was great.

I found it a bit noisy but we didn’t have any kids with us.

Lift was not working most days we were there and we had a buggy on the 3rd floor. very annoying and no explanation from hotel. also the Volume of the entertainment is excessively loud. the volume of entertainment aqua aerobics everyday !! and at night was so loud and went on late each night was so off putting. we paid extra for a balcony room as we travelled with a young child and wanted to relax on the balcony in the evening when our child slept but the entertainment was so loud we didn’t use it once.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was bigger and better than expecting with a huge variety to choose from. Nice simple and affordable lunch and snack bar foods. Never ate dinner at restaurant as we ate near beaches. Great kids club and activities. Nice and quiet location in relation to traffic noise, and very close to beach front with restaurants and shopping. We loved the fact that the pull out sofa for kids was in fact two separate singles when pulled out, but when stowed it was one large sofa, great touch.

Beds were hard, bathroom shower soap/shampoo not great but good enough for a couple nights stay. The windows towards the pool area where not that sound proofing. Not enough sun beds as these seem to be scooped up even before breakfast with towels left on sun beds with no one present.

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, bars, entertainment and shops. The entire complex is spotlessly clean and rooms cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and work tirelessly to ensure all guests have a great holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and really made our holiday experience. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and the animation team put on numerous activities for children of all ages and adults. Food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent with lots of choice for adults and children. This is a very family oriented hotel and feel it offers fantastic facilities for children and adults of all ages.

The suite is modern with good bathroom and decent sized fridge but slightly smaller than other accomodation we have stayed at. Air conditioning in the bedroom of the suite was not quite as good as the main living area. It was very hot and humid when we stayed however. Suites are modern, clean and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area.

Breakfast is obviously done to a price so it's not top notch but okay.

Facilities were excellent, friendly helpful staff and the breakfast could not be faulted!

it’s just my personal preference but I hadn’t realised what a large hotel it was & that there was entertainment on site, however, that being said the entertainment was not at all intrusive.
