The ICT Farmhouse was perfect for our extended stay visiting relatives in Wichita. The location was close to everything and the home was stocked with everything you could need. Cheri was very responsive to any needs or questions we might have had. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area

Nicely remodeled home with plenty of space for our family. We stayed in the middle of July for my daughter's softball tournament when the outside temperature was 100+. The A/C had no problems cooling the house for a welcome reprieve from the heat! Many comforts of home thought about and provided! Enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for a softball tournament with our adult daughter. The house is very clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We were able to rent Veo scooters from right down the block and explore the river walk and downtown area. We especially appreciated the small touches such as the brochures and magazines about the area, snacks and the coffee that was provided. We recommend this rental and would stay again.

I was looking for a property that had the perfect "home-y" feel to it and this was it. I loved that house. Everything about it was perfect. I think it's even more darling in person than in the photos! Comfortable; just as described. I can't think of a single thing that I was unhappy about. I don't know if I'll ever be in Wichita again, but if I am, I'm going to see if this house is available.

Nice 2 bedroom farmhouse. Loved the extra touches throughout. Everything just as described. Comfy beds. Cheri even allowed for us to check in a little early. Highly recommend this home!

This property worked out wonderfully for my husband, me, and my mom while we were in town to visit my son and his girlfriend. The communication with the owner was easy as was the check in process. The home was immaculate and had everything we would need. In spite of the busy street, it seemed quiet and it was nice to be able to walk to the river path.

My friend & I both absolutely loved this cozy little home away from home for 4 nights while attending The Apprentice Gathering. The amenities & the host's thoughtfulness to details made our stay incredibly comfortable. You immediately felt "ahhhhhhh" & welcomed on opening the front door. Every part of the process was easy & simple, from the code on the door to the minimal requirements upon leaving.

This house was very comfortable with a cute and cozy vibe. Very centrally located. We were able to visit some fun spots in downtown Wichita. Very clean and well stocked with many essentials. Definitely suited our needs for the weekend. Will be back if returning to the area.

The accommodations are as described and were what we needed for the weekend. We loved the amount of extra blankets, pillows, towels. The snack basket was a great idea. The code for the door lock is super easy! Clean up is easy too. Beds are comfy. The property manager is quick to respond to messages.
It is mentioned, but be aware that it is not possible to fit two cars in the driveway. So someone will be parking on a side street. Also there is not a washer/dryer.

Ideal spot
We came to Wichita to visit our son who is stationed at McConnell AFB. We genuinely enjoyed our visit. We felt like we were at home. The owner's decor and intimate details made our visit memorable!

The beds were comfortable, the living area furniture was comfy and we very quickly and happily made ourselves at home which was not hard to do. The kitchen was well supplied with basics, and we were very thankful for the washer and dryer. The outside was landscaped with beautiful flowers. We would not hesitate to recommend this property for 2 people visiting Wichita, and we would not hesitate to request this property again if/when we visit Wichita. Communication with Cheri was easy and she was very quick to reply. I would rate our stay with 10 stars if available!

Pictures were very accurate, the house was so cute on the inside with a great backyard and sitting area. Would recommend this place to anyone hands down! Very clean, even had a welcome snack bowl😊plus any essentials you would need
