I really enjoyed the space and the staff. I had an issue with bathroom and they were quick to get it fixed and make sure to always answer my questions.
I just had an incident with the bathroom sink overflowing but they fixed. I couldn’t use the sink the last evening. I used bathtub for morning routines.

Toilet didn't work. Air conditioning didn't work. Bed uncomfortable. Tv was broken.

The location was good.
The air conditioner was not as cold as it should have been. The front desk staff was rude and did not tell me anything about the hotel; for instance, what time breakfast was or even that the pool was closed. I overheard her do the same thing to other guests as well.

The room was nice and quiet . And the breakfast was very good .
The microwave was missing from the room and it smelled a little musty .

Needed an overnight stay to attend a race. The hotel was convenient to the highway making it easy to get around. Facilities are a little dated but were clean and comfortable.

The door between the rooms is not sound proof could hear everything your neighbor is doing. Not fun when they are up early screaming an crying on there phone.

CHECK IN IS AT 3 two hours later we checked in at 5pm and still WE HAD TO CLEAN OUR OWN ROOM AFTER CHECKING IN

I liked the location of the hotel.

The hotel looked a bit run down. There was a major water leak on the 3rd floor and many people had brown water in their rooms (they were given a new room). The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were oversized for the pillow case and hard. Not a good night sleep!

We had issues with the tv’s & in room coffee machines. Also they only provided decaf coffee in the rooms.
