I loved our room! It felt so nice!

I don’t love parking in parking garages and that was the only option.

Rude staff No microwave in the entire hotel No fridge in the entire hotel The restaurant staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, night time desk staff extremely rude and unprofessional How to use the TVs is such a hassle it's not even worth it Pretty much everything about this trip wasn't worth it. Not at all worth a $400 hotel room!

We love the Dockum. It was very interesting. The beds were really comfortable and the blackout curtains were exceptional. It was in a good location Downtown. Not a far walk from other things in the area.

That when we first arrived the elevator was not working. Not the staffs fault but was viewed as an omen. Didn't turn out to be though. There was also toilet paper in the bathroom floor when we arrived. Didn't look used but looks are sometimes deceiving.

Great hotel, beautiful building. Speakeasy in basement was a blast. Restaurant was delicious. Beds were comfortable.

Could not figure out how to use the TV. Only 1 small trash can in bathroom. Wichita is great, but was nervous to leave the hotel at night due to downtown location.

Front desk and bell hop were extremely nice and helpful.

Hotel guests should not have to pay for parking.

Woman at front desk was so helpful and kind. All hotel staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. Only complaint was location. Wonderful stay!
