We enjoyed a quick weekend getaway

Great location near the beach in Seaside.

Overall, the property was amazing. We had a great time, the Kitchen was amazing and the house was.perfect for our needs.

What a wonderful little home for a fantastic weekend. Very convenient with bathrooms in each room. Super clean and nice open living space for and fun games and making memories. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We got a call at 3:30 ( for our 4:00 check in )that that house was trashed by previous guests and was not safe, so we had to move. But they just found at at 3:30? So we had to wait around until 6:30 to get into the new house. Was told it was an upgrade ( view was better but thats about it). House smelled moldy and found old blood on our sheets- gross! We made the best of it, but wasnt too keen on the accommodations for the price we paid ( plus outrageous fees). Not even sure if an individual owns it, was at least managed by Merdith Lodging

This house is on a convenient location, a few blocks from the beach. The rooms were comfortable. There was a smart TV in the living room with several DVDs. The kitchen had all the possible utensils that were needed. Laundry detergent was provided and the place was well stocked with towels. Would consider staying there again!

We liked having plenty of space, and the idea of 4 bathrooms. But there were ants in 3 of the bathrooms, and all of the bedrooms. Teens slept on the couch, we barely slept, had to keep picking ants off of ourselves all night. Also the floors are very creaky. Pretty bummed overall.

My family enjoyed this vacation. House was perfect ,clean , and close to the beach.

The sheets were stained. The floor of the bathroom was rotten, mold in on the ceiling of the garage, the washer and dryer were broken and nearly ruined two brand new sweatshirts we bought while staying there, and the dishwasher was broken also. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

My 4 adult children and I found this to be the perfect home for 5 day trip to Seaside, OR. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood a few blocks north of the downtown area and a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk along the beautiful beach. I used the spacious 1st floor master bedroom (king size bed) with its own bathroom/shower. My adult children had their choice of rooms upstairs along with the 2 full bathrooms upstairs. We used the attached garage as an exercise area each morning. The fully equipped kitchen was very clean as well as the rest of the house. The open concept with the living, dining and kitchen combo was again perfect for our adult group of 5. Thank you to the owners.

Our family enjoyed staying at the beach house for the long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked minus wine glasses but that was ok. The sofa was very uncomfortable...so much so no one wanted to sit on it. I think it was broken. So if I were to suggest anything, it would be more adequate seating in the living room. We used the kitchen chairs and the floor so we made due. The highlight of the house was how clean it was and the bathrooms for each of the sleeping spaces plus a half bath on the main floor. With 2 families, one with teens, it was nice to have all the showers. All in all it was a nice place. I would like to stay somewhere with a view of the ocean next time.

We enjoyed our time at your home. Things were clean and as advertised. The only disappointment is that we were supposed to be able to get in at 4, and the cleaners were not finished until 5:15p. We also had to call for some bars of soap. Thank you for a lovely stay at the beach.

Very clean was everything I expected plus more the house is fully stocked with everything you need will definitely stay here again it’s the only place I would want to stay at anytime I visit seaside

The place was bigger then the pictures made it look and there was plenty of beach stuff for the kiddos to play with . It was an amazing stay and the house was well stocked with hygiene stuff as well as cleaning supplies . Well definitely be coming back , especially since the beach is walking distance

A few friends and I rented this home for my SO's birthday. I received at text earlier that day advising the home would not be ready at the original check in time at 4:00 pm and was delayed until 6:00 pm. After a 3 hour drive, we went to the beach and tried to kill some time. I showed up at the home around 4:45 PM and noticed there were no cars there so I assumed the home has been cleaned as the cleaning crew should take longer than 1 hour and 15 mins to clean the property. I used the door code that was provided and it worked. I went into the home and found it wasn't cleaned yet and no one was there. I called the CS line and was put on hold for a while and then was told to not go back into the home unitl 6:00. Went back to the beach with a toddler in tow and came back 10 mins till 6:00 PM. Still no cars outside so I went back in and the home was STILL not cleaned. The beds weren't made and I was wondering how they are going to wash the bedding and allow us to even stay this evening. Called CS back, and while on hold a couple cars pulled up and stopped in front of the house but didn't pull into the drive way. They then proceeded to drive down the street and park. 10 min's later one of the cars returned and a lady came out to "clean" the property. I asked her how long it would take and she told me she didn't know, and the manager will be there soon. The cleaning manager showed up approx 45 mins later and told me she didn't have an ETA for when the house would be cleaned. When I was on the phone with CS I mentioned I was concerned about the bedding being washed on time, they "reassured" me they don't launder the bedding onsite but have a laundry service and fresh bedding will be brought to the home. We all waited outside while they cleaned and noticed there was NO bedding taken out of the home... At least not the comforters, there were clear bags taken out of the home and everything was white, ALL of the bedding was not white. We finally got into the house around 8:30 PM. A couple other things.... the range only has one burner that you can boil water on, the rest were not lite well and barely worked. The BBQ needs the grease to be cleaned out. We started it and it caught on fire without anything being on the grill. I was reimbursed $200.00 for that first night and was allowed a later check out.

Our stay here was very comfortable, the house was nice and clean, there was enough space for our family of 7, WiFi was great and the location was wonderful! 2blks from the beach and close to the seaside strip. Also close to many eateries! We will definitely stay here again! Oh, 2 out of the 6 bikes in the garages are not operable, but that was okay with us because walking was okay with us.

The house was very clean and tidy but the dishwasher was broken which stole a little bit of time as we are a group of 7 adults and we ate at home the entire time. Both nights (Friday & Saturday) we experienced very loud neighbors past midnight. The second night we went out and confronted them and they toned it down. Overall decent place to stay but due to our personal preferences to eat at home & due to the noisy neighbors, would not stay here again.
