We had an amazing time at 102 Jupiter. The property was fantastic and the Property Manager, Billie, was awesome and willing to work with us. We were a last minute booking, but everything was perfect for us. We had a great time. The location to the beach was spot on and we could walk to all kinds of entertainment, shops and restaurants. It was a great trip!

This is an overall nice place. Not the most luxurious, but not run down either. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, except a dishwasher. The location is walkable to the beach. Furniture is comfortable, plenty of towels, but no extra bedding except for one bedsheet. I did not like being greeted by an "in your face" centerpiece book of a Democrat president. The bath tubs could use rubber safety mats. And the vent on the door leading into the first bath looks unsightly-needs a paint job. Walking upstairs can be tricky for elderly/weak people or pets. Weather was rainy and the steps get kind of slippery. Would have enjoyed a couple of lawn chairs on balcony. Would recommend place as suitable snd adequate for the price. Remember to take PJs if you are staying with another family as the bedroom with the queen bed has its bath located in the common hall area near living room. Loved the kitchen area cabinets. Thank you for a restful weekend. God bless the helpful staff!

The pictures do not do it Justice. This place is so colorful and beautiful. The tall valets ceilings and crown molding give it a grand and elegant feel. Kitchen it top of the line. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and lovely. Lots of closet space. Big DVD collection and several board games for down time. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the little pool out back. Very warm. The showers on the side and back of house were great for washing off sand too. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second year staying at this lovely condo. What you see in the photos is what you get. The condo was clean when we arrived but there were a few items that needed attention. We brought it up to Melissa and Billie jo and they took care of the problems in a very timely manner. Their customer service was great. We would recommend this property to everyone. There are a bunch of great places to eat and things to keep you busy.

I was pleasantly surprised with our condo stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated and I loved all of the attention to detail (please don't ever change the "towel animals!"). Location was excellent, I would highly recommend and return to stay again.

A True Gem

As we went down to the pool someone knocked on the door (my daughter didn’t open) and even OPENED the front door claiming to be maintenance, leaving an air filter. This was extremely alarming for us and as a parent with all the child abductions that occur. I’m not sure why maintenance would come at the hours of guests reserving the property.
Additionally, not a huge deal but more of a waste of time, I couldn’t get ahold
Of the property management for over an hour because I never received the check in email. None the less, called Vrbo customer service and they helped me get in touch with the after hours team who then sent the check in email with the codes etc..

The king and the queen bed were very comfortable but I do recommend bringing either a full air mattress or a 2-4" foam mattress to put on top of the pull out sofa bed. That was the only thing that was uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, it was wonderful place to spend with your family.

We had a great time in South Padre! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Was a little disappointed we could not use the pool it was very dirty and had beer cans from the night before from other visitors. But other than that great!

Better than expected.
Location is perfect. Walking distance to beach, stores, restaurants and bars, water craft rental places, and movie theater. Very quiet and clean. Beautiful condo. We felt at home and had everything we needed.

Billie from Rent on Padre was really helpful and assured us how clean it was. She was right. It smelled clean walking in. I am so glad we chose a condo over a hotel.

Our first day there it was a little frustrating because we drove 8 hours and we were so ready to rest, but we couldn't. Our check in was at 4pm and we had to wait and extra 30 minutes or more because our key code that was given to us did not work, we waited for the manager to get there so she could fix the door code. Everything was great, we loved the decorations and the way everything was set, it looked clean, but the last night we stayed we noticed that the master bed room had bed bugs. we only noticed because the couple that slept there woke up with bites(I did take pictures and a short video for proof). That was my only complaint, overall the place well taken care of.
