The property was perfect for our small family get away. The jacuzzi and the pool table was a hit. Another plus was the jack and jill bathroom upstairs for 2 of the bedrooms and the down stairs room also having private access to the guest bathroom. As others have mentioned, Sharon was very nice to meet us at the property and give us a quick tour. Quiet and safe neighborhood with close access to grocery stores, restaurants, and venues for shopping, movies, and other forms of entertainment.

Pros: Beautiful pool and hot tub with clean water for swimming. Spacious. Well stocked home, kitchen. Nice suburban neighborhood with easy access by car to various Vegas area attractions. Accessible owner and local manager.
Cons: General maintenance was lacking. The house was dusty, maybe dirty, and upkeep reminded me of a college apartment. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. Outlets, switches, molding, toilet seats, bath and shower, windows and blinds, all need attention. There isn’t just one problem that would be easy to fix. Owner could go from room to room and meticulously inspect every surface and fixture. I’d also recommend a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning improvement process.

House & property are beautiful and well kept. The outdoors is an absolute oasis. The owner & house manager are wonderful to work with and very informative. Our family stayed a week and could not have been more happy with our time. The house is close enough to the strip & airport so commuting was a breeze. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

It was 116 degree weather the week we were there and by far the neighborhood, the house, the pool, and the spa were all amazing to have. The heat didn't bother us from having a great time here. Frank and Sharon were very helpful and knowledgeable. Sharon was a treat. We loved the location and it's proximity to the strip as well as any other necessities. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful home in Henderson. It was great proximity to activities, shopping and restaurants. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us with comfortable beds and living space. The private pool was a must in the Las Vegas heat, with plenty of seating and pool floaties. Highly recommend.

This gem of a home was exactly what we needed. Frank and Sharon were very pleasant to deal with. They both very nice, orompt and articulate. We daily enjoyed the pool and hottub and the had good rests on the comfortable beds. The property was well stocked and close to everything. Thank you for the use of you lovely property.

Excellent owner & manager; I'd definitely repeat business with them. The home is well maintained and very comfortable, in a quiet area, but also a quick and easy drive to the Las Vegas strip. We also visited the Hoover Dam and took a kayak excursion on the Colorado river. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and department stores close to the property. We had a wonderful stay.

We had to come to Vegas for a family funeral. Frank and Sharon both contacted me to make sure everything would be arranged as requested. The house is comfortable and well appointed, with lots of space to spread out. The yard is great with plenty of both sun and shade around the pool. The neighborhood is quiet with grocery and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

This property met all the expectations I had. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful trip. It is centrally located to all the activities we had planned for the trip. Great restaurants in area. We stayed there in April and so the heated pool was a plus for the kids.
We had a great week and hope to be able to get back next year.

The house was amazing! My family and our friends were more than happy with our stay. Very spacious and very comfortable. Sharon was the best! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Master bed and bath were my favorite. It was relaxing just as we wanted.

This was the best VRBO experience we've ever had. Sharon and Frank were the best hosts and made it easy to communicate with them if we needed anything. Home is in a great location, quiet, safe neighborhood. A very spacious home, everything was well thought out and organized. The pool and spa were excellent. The outdoor space was perfect to relax. The beds were comfortable. Lots of board games and pool table were great!

Made the reservation for my family and my sister in laws family. It was a comfortable clean and well stocked house. It had everything we needed. The pool and spa were excellent. Wake up swim. No shlepping stuff from a hotel room to a public pool. Beds were comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean. Check in was fast and convenient Sharon was great and answered all our questions and texts. Check out was just as fast. We will be staying again. Thank you for opening your house.

Quiet neighborhood, great for our family
The house was perfect for our family. We were able to spread out and the teenagers all had separate beds. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed the pool/spa in the back. The property manager Sharon is great.
