I had a great stay at the hotel. It was extremely clean, the hotel staff was amazing, very quiet as well especially with a festival being in town that weekend.

The staff were wonderful. The room was very dated and cramped. We had a room with a king bed. The closet was small and there were two tiny drawers to use. There was no place to put anything. The bathroom sink was small and there was absolutely no counter space to put toiletries. The toilet made a loud humming noise when you flushed so we couldn't flush at night. The location was fine.

The room was not as big as the one i booked. The tub drpped all night long. I called the next morning, but upon my return back the next night it was not fixed. The hot tub was hot the first night and very cold the next night not worth what i paud for sure!

It's right under the landing pattern for the airport and it's very noisy. I was denied free wifi because I booked thru Expedia instead of direct.
I'll never go back.

The hotel staff was friendly.
The room was fine except that the tv had problems with some channels.
Also they did not make their housekeeping policy clear so i did not know when they were coming.

Hotel service and the front desk lady was very nice , she updated our room to a single bed instead of 2 double bed room and the room was very spacious , bed very conferable

In-house "bistro" nice, had a very nice light dinner there, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I talked with them.

The amenities listed on Expedia said there was an in room safe. When I couldn’t find one, I called the front desk and was told they didn’t have any in room safes & didn’t care what expedia had on their website. Very Rude. The next morning while taking a shower, the lever wouldn’t stay in position, I almost scalded myself. I called to ask for another room… there were none. She said she would send someone down within the hour. No one showed. I had to call back later that afternoon. A guy came and fixed it.
The property overall looked like it needed some TLC. Carpets needed cleaned, touch up paint. The pool was cloudy, no one would get in it.
I am really disappointed in Marriott hotels lately. The last few have been run down.

The room service was horrible. After complaining several times I was offered a free breakfast. It took awhile before I received mine and everything but the eggs were cold. No butter for the toast, my wife’s meal came out 15 minutes later and the french toast wasn’t even cooked through. A/C was loud and didn’t work well. There’s more…

We have stayed a courtyard Marriott in Henderson a number of times. It is a convenient location to leave your car when flying out of Las Vegas. The shuttle service is great. However, some of the beds are like sleeping on bricks. Even though the staff gave me 2 blankets to put under me, I was in so much pain from the bed I only slept about an hour all night. Going to try some other place next time.

The main lobby is beautiful, didn’t eat the food but it smelled amazing and the Starbucks on campus is a great addition. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest, got a patio with a nice view to the strip but the door is so hard to open. It is also noisy between the street traffic and the planes flying directly over the hotel every 3-5 minutes. Good location off the strip though.

We stayed at a Marriott Courtyard twice on this road trip. It has been quite disappointing. The staff at Marriott in Carson City was very grumpy and not helpful. The staff here in Henderson at least were friendly. The hotel is very rundown and dirty. What is happening with Marriott? It is no longer a good and reliable place to stay. Step it up Marriott!

About 20 minutes from the strip. Plenty of shops and eating places around. There is a huge shopping mall and center about ten minutes east of the hotel.

Nice hotel and area…highly recommended…good price and it’s off bus line if you want to use public transportation towards the strip…this a good location for someone who is trying to save when visiting Las Vegas…the only problem I have is getting my deposit back in a timely matter…I have to always call and debate with management, whom I heard had a glitch in system during the time…but it seem to be EVERYTIME🤔hmmm

Air conditioner was very loud and kept us up all night.
When we checked in the person at the desk was somewhat of a flat liner with little customer service or enthusiasm. When we asked if they had a restaurant she pointed to Starbucks, and we said? Starbucks and she said "Yep" The next morning when we were getting our coffee there we realized they offered spirits and food items. If she had told us that we would have had dinner there that night... Ugh, instead we had to travel out.
The room was very clean, bed was very uncomfortable. The check-out clerk was extremely sweet and friendly as was the Starbucks barista in the AM.

Pros: The room was spacious. A nice comfy armchair was provided. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: NO flat surfaces in the bathroom or the washbowl area to put anything, let alone a washbag. The fridge was TINY. One small shelf. We fit in two water bottles and yogurts. No breakfast is included in the rate. You buy breakfast in their bistro. Pricey.
NO HOT WATER in the morning. I was informed the entire hotel was without hot water and that it would be fixed in a few minutes. Half an hour later, still no hot water. Spoke to the front desk again. This time, they said they had no idea how long it would be. We had to wash in cold water and leave without a shower. No apology or compensation was offered when we checked out.

In the shower, the bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner were green printing on green bottles. The labels are, therefore, not readable.

Nice hotel. We stayed 1 night for an early flight. We had 3 guests and were forced to share a king and pull out couch. They had no other availability. AWKWARD. The bathroom was small and the shower even smaller. The front desk person was very nice and the staff tried to make our staff comfortable.

The property overall was run down many broken amenities: room air conditioning, only one working elevator, ac in fitness room, outside side door did not lock, room bathroom door, loose tile in room bathroom area, tv's not working in cafe area, no tv guide for room tv, working elevator often did not work properly.
