Very quite, cozy place, near the UBahn and other places, very good shower, and had good kitchen equipment such as microwave, electric kettle and a coffee maker.

The lighting is very dim, it also made it hard to wear makeup while looking in the mirror. Internet connection for voice calls was bad for some reason and it was hard to fix despite trying everything. And I wish the cafeteria stayed open at later hours, but that's more of a personal choice.

Room very comfortable as always - nicely kitted out, good location, easy to access. I met some of the staff this time, and they were really helpful. The thermostat seemed to control the temperature quite precisely, which I appreciated as I was running a temperature.

The tap didn't have a spindle to help manage the flow and temperature of the water - I understand this was a known issue with the room and that a new spindle has been ordered, but I don't think I was informed of this. Breakfast is fine, but it would be nice to have a bowl of chopped fresh fruit. I'd prefer the attendant to greet guests in front of the buffet or at a clearer part of the counter: having them seated right behind the buffet watching your every move isn't a relaxing feeling.

Beleuchtung im Bad zum schminken ungünstig. Keine Ablage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Waschbecken vorhanden, fand ich schade.

Zentrale Lage

Obwohl ich Stammgast bin, hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis ich heute ein entsprechendes Zimmer bekommen habe, wie ich es auch bei der Buchung angegeben hatte. Gar nicht glücklich war ich darüber, dass es kein warmes Wasser gab und ich kalt duschen musste. Neben einer lapidar Entschuldigung keinerlei zufrieden stellende Kommunikation. Das könnte durchaus besser laufen.

PL: Wszystko było ok. Fajny nowy apartament, wygodne łóżka, welcome drink i snack, w pokojach ciepło pomimo zimnej pogody na zewnątrz. Dobre wifi. Świetna i szybka komunikacja przez WhatsApp, raz zdarzyło się że zamek nie zadziałał ale ktoś z personelu nam pomógł przez WhatsApp. Idealna lokalizacja, blisko do metra, restauracji i klubów. EN: Everything was ok. Nice new apartment, comfortable beds, welcome drink and snack, warm rooms despite the cold weather outside. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent and fast communication via WhatsApp, it happened once that the smart lock didn't work but someone from the staff helped us via WhatsApp. Perfect location, close to the metro station, local restaurants and clubs.

PL: Jedyne co bym zmienił na przyszłość to dałbym osobny PIN do głównego wejścia do budynku i inny do pokoju, Czasem się zdarzało że wchodziłem do budynku z innymi osobami i one mogły zobaczyć mój PIN. Albo PIN do pokoju powinien mieć 1 lub 2 cyfry więcej niż ten do drzwi do budynku. Myślę że tak było by bezpieczniej. Ale poza tym wszystko było super. EN: The only thing I would change in the future is to give the custoemrs a separate PIN to the main entrance to the building and differnet one to the room. Sometimes it happened that we entered the building with other people behind us and they could see our PIN. Or the PIN for the room should have 1 or 2 digits more than the one for the building door. I think it would be safer that way. But apart from that everything was great.
