The breakfast service was great and convenient. A mix of western and local eastern food.

A shame there is no access to the balcony.

房間太小之外，竟然換了4個房間都沒有暖氣

朝食が美味しかった。お部屋についていたシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープがとても良かった。

スタッフの笑顔の対応がもう少し欲しかったです。

12月23日という若い方々には一年で一番気合いが入る週末に泊まる、ということで、他のホテルはとても高かったのですが、ここは良心的でお値段的にはとても助かりました。 朝食はバイキングで、思っていたよりとても良くて、テンション上がりました 和食、洋食お代わりして、結構食べました。お値段に朝食も入っていたので、それはとてもリーズナブルだったと思います。

皆さん、とてもアクセスが良い、とGoogleマップに書いておられるのですが、御堂筋線からはかなり歩きました。15番出口から出るのですが、それがかなり駅から遠くて、私はちょっと不便な気がしました。ツインルームを予約したのですが、お部屋も狭くて、スーツケースを広げるのも苦労しました。 (私は不便だったと思ったのですが、泊まられた方で新大阪駅から便利なアクセス方法があれば、書いていただけると良いと思います。）

the room was quite spacious and it has everything needed. location is quite good as its close to the busy areas but the hotel location itself is quite quiet

Location excellent- easy walking distance to southern city attractions but quiet enough to escape from crowds.

Beds not super comfy and a squeeze to get into the bathroom including an awkward step up into it.

第一天住進去的時去廁所看到毛巾有毛髮😂😂其他都ok

清潔 バスルームのアメニティ(シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ)がオレンジのいい香りで揃っていて良かった。(メーカーと商品名を控え忘れたので教えてほしい)

デスクの上の壁にテレビが設置してあるため、椅子に座ってテレビを見るには近すぎる。 バスルームにコンセントが無い。 部屋着の首周りが立て襟のため詰まっていてやや鬱陶しいデザイン。

清潔だった面は良かったです。

掃除して欲しい場合は掃除してくださいのプレートを下げて下さいとの事でした。 10/28の朝、掃除いらないよねって決断から吊り下げずに出かけたのですが、帰ってくると、お部屋が清掃されてる状態でした。 あれ…？って思い疑問に思いました。 頼んでないのに勝手に入られ、入ってもいいような状態でも無かった為、少し窃盗等が怖くなってしまい、不安になりました。 それだけは辞めていただきたかったです。

The price is very good and the room is clean. Though it’s a little small, the facilities are complete. This is my second time to choose WBF hommachi. Quite like it.

A little far away from the subway. The nearest exit with elevator is No.16, you can walk through a little mall and come out to the hotel.

製氷機があり氷が使えたこと 1台分しかないですが運が良ければ駐車場が確保出来てとても便利でした

良くないまではないですがお部屋がもう少し広ければ良いなと思いました 冷蔵庫がもう少し大きかったら嬉しいです

Buena ubicación en Osaka, muy bien conectado gracias a la parada de metro Honmachi. Y también se puede ir caminando hasta Dotonbori, pues son unos 15-20 minutitos a pie.

La habitación es pequeña, entiendo que debe ser la medida estándar en una ciudad como Osaka pero nos sorprendió de todas formas. El baño tenía un olor desagradable, suponemos que debe ser por los materiales de fabricación porque nos lo hemos encontrado en algún otro hotel de Japón.

Le petit déjeuner, il faut arriver tôt pour avoir de tout (riz, jus de fruits, lait..) mais il est complet

Very clear and comfortable

The room was very clean, and pretty comfortable. The staff were very accommodating to our requests for more blankets. The location was great with it being only a 7 min walk from the station, so it was easy to get around.

The hotel is next to a highway, so I could hear cars passing by even in the middle of the night. The room was also pretty cold, especially at night so we had to ask for more blankets.

Quick booking last minute as we could not find the capsule hotel we wanted to try out. luckily this had a 24 hour serviced reception which made it easy to check in the beds were very clean

the bathroom smell was not great as it seamed the sewers came up all the time

The toilet sparkles clean.

The receptionist couldn't help to explain where to go for a meal especially after 7pm and it was hard for a new person in town to navigate around alone. It will be helpful for them to be culturally aware of foreigners. From the passport it has an indication of the country of origin the person registered in. A person from a tropical country may not have enough experience to manage well in winter time, especially at night.
