The staff was personal and professional. The property was very clean and well cared for.

We booked this hotel because the site stated that it was handicap accessible. We mistakenly thought this meant that my husband could use the bathroom facilities while on his walker. Well that was not the case. He could not get the walker into the bathroom and while using those facilities he had to leave the door open and the walker blocking the doorway.

Didn’t let us sit in the outdoor area even though there’s heaters and a fire pit. Need to keep this open into the night (especially when it’s not a rowdy group)

It was VERY clean. staff was so friendly and welcoming! breakfast was super nice as well too and rooms were very decently sized! loved having a full size fridge.

Everything else was sub par. Our car got broken into in the parking garage. The surroundings were awful. Crackheads and homeless people everywhere. Staff was rude.

I really liked this property. Probably one of the better places I have stayed. The staff was nice and attentive. Very informative if we asked questions. The property had areas for groups to meet up and not be in their rooms wondering if they are keeping their next-door neighbors up. They had a pool table in the lobby. The beds and rooms were really nice and the little kitchen area was just perfect. Close to Whiskey Row and close to highway access so we didn't have to drive much in the city.

We were only there a few days and the swimming area and exercise area had no towels. I had to keep asking for them and the workout area had nothing to wipe down the machines with.

Everything was exceptional.

The only negative for me was beds on the firmer side for my liking.

Great location! Literally blocks away from so many things to see! The outdoor section with the fireplace, fire pits, seating and grills is great!

The pool was a little smaller compared to other places, and a little cool. But such a great place to stay.

It was very nice and clean the staff were amazing they went above and beyond! Definitely a great value for the price of the room I was actually shocked how nice the room was for the price!

Location was fantastic - it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Staff was easy to locate if needed and very friendly!

Parking, and the food options in the hotel are limited and incredibly expensive. They were charging $7.00 for a bottle of smart water.
