Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Downtown

It was a very nice room. It had a pull out couch, microwave, refrigerator, a nice tv. I was only there over night so I didn't experience much.. I would stay there again.

Something was super loud, I thought it was the A/C so I turned it off but i still heard the noise. It just filled the room. This has nothing to do with the hotel. I parked in the garage they suggested I use. The next day when I tried to leave, the machine used to pay would not take my card. It said it was invalid. So I repark and took a lyft to my meeting . I called my bank to see if there was a security hold. After my meeting , in a lyft I stop by an atm to get cash. I go back to try to get out of the garage. I tried my card again, same thing. So I put in the cash, it spat it back out. I was literally being held hostage. I pushed the button for assistance, explained I was in an open air prison and she asked if I had another card! Really, if I did would it not have dawned on me to USE IT! long story longer, she was able to process the payment manually using the SAME CARD and lift the gate.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great for getting to my destination.

There was some noise outside the hotel late at night.

Location was right next to the concert venue. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Loves the valet parking.

We had the breakfast buffet and it was not good. Eggs were runny, they were out of several items. Would not eat it again.

LOCATION! It's about 350 feet from the Palace theater! The room was clean , stocked and the ac unit is amazing ❄️. The gym is pretty nice and the night was pretty peaceful and no disruption at all. The roof top bar is amazing. The view is spectacular!

The coffee machine in our room did not work at all. I tried plugging it in a different outlet, filled it with water and pressed the power button at different times. It wouldn't even come on. The shower leaks from the water valve. Water literally comes out of the wall which is concerning and I told them at the front desk. My third complaint is that , for what it is, this hotel is very expensive. Our room was a double bed and $236 for one night. This hotel has no pool, and the PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE . Yes they have valet available. It's also 45$ for it. And the parking garage costs$ 22 to stay overnight. There is also a 50$ fee you have to pay upon check in even if your room is paid in full- this is supposed to be refundable but we will see. This should be disclosed more readily before booking.
