Hotel ligt ideaal voor een bezoek aan oa theaters rondom Leidscheplein. Personeel erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Fijn dat er airco aanwezig is op de kamer.
Kussens waren wat aan de dikke kant. Ontbijt is goed maar wel erg basic.

Al nostro arrivo la camera era sporca ed è rimasta sporca per tutti e 5 i giorni di permanenza. Inoltre la stanza era eccessivamente rumorosa. Per fortuna uso i tappi per dormire altrimenti non sarebbe stato possibile.
Il prezzo e la posizione dell’hotel sono buoni ma non lo consiglio.

Great room for our party of 3. Light and airy and clean.
The noise from street in middle of night. The breakfasts didn't have much for a vegan eater so felt that could be improved.

The location is great for me, and they have an elavator. Staff was helpful.
There is hair (def not mine) on the toilet mirror and the hairdryer is super dusty. It will be better if the toilet was a bit cleaner. They dont provide slippers inside the room, but can ask for it at the lobby

The location was perfect with great access to the trams. Really close to museums, parks and numerous bars and restaurants.
The noise at 6am which seemed to be right above our room! Made the whole room vibrate. Reported to staff but they did not come back to me. If allocated room 310 ask to be moved!

The location was nice and the room was a very good size for a European hotel room. It was hard to find a room in Amsterdam for our weekend that wasn't a suite that could sleep 3 people. The other important perks were air conditioning and an elevator and both of those were provided.
They only provided two towels for three guests and no wash cloths. We had to ask for more towels which they had to go find in the basement. The shower was bizarre - it only had a half door which made it very easy to accidentally flood the bathroom (which is a bigger issue when you have limited towels).

We booked this with you as it was confirmed it had parking. It did not and we had to pay an extra £85 in parking fees for two days.
Room was not cleaned while we were out. We were told at first that there was no room and we would need to be moved to another hotel. Dirty towels found in our room.

great breakfast, great staff in the restaurant who worked so hard, bedroom was tired, had a bed sheet split in two, one on top half of mattress and another on bottom half so was sleeping on two sheets

We liked everything in the hotel. Very happy with the location.
The toilet in room 202 needs attention, after flushing, the cistern fills up as it should do, then water continues to run into the bowl, thus wasting water. The shut off valve needs replacement.

Good breakfast.
Staff not so nice, they never showed any hint of sympathy. No greetings when entering the place.
The stairs are really uncomfortable and dangerous.
The bathrooms were not cleaned and one curtain of room 256 was really dirty, probably with blood or chocolate…

The location was excellent, the breakfast was nice enough and what was expected for a continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We were initially put in a basement room next to the garden where workmen were drilling right outside the window, we spoke to reception and they gave us a different room, no problem. Though the room should not have been used for anyone while outside work was being done.

A great location. The room was pleasant and an adequate size for the 3 of us. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very well organised.
The bathroom was disappointing. Cracked sink, enamel peeling off. The shower had black mould spots, tired tiling and a screen that wasn't clean.

Dirty bathroom and room, poor service, the cleaning service left our room door wide open for the whole day, after 'cleaning'. Booking.com didn't offer any support, just a Sorry.

the breakfast was good
the room was ok but the it was a bit further out than we expected, the room was ok but the bathroom door could not open completely as the toilet was directly behind the door making it difficult to get into .

So much noise in room 8 ...from other rooms ? showers ? Every time someone slammed a door from another room , the lights in my room would flash

Breakfast was good but over priced. The location was within walking distance to the city center. The staff was very nice.
The price of breakfast was too high. 60 Euros for 2 adult and 2 children is a little much for processed eggs.
Options for parking was limited and ended up paying 75 euros.
