close in the city
A small room under the roof slope, had to watch not to hurt my head, with no breakfast option, noisy stairs and very thin walls. While waiting for my family I heard how the owner treated their cleaning staff, which was not nice and appreciative.

Great location, good shower, comfy bed
No canal view, but were out most of the day so this didn’t bother us

The property is in a good location and has lots of bars and restaurants near by. The tram also runs straight past the hotel
The room was very small but manageable. The decor was quite old and dated. The bathroom had a foul smell that we believe was coming from the drains. The hotel is also very noisy and there were people coming and going at all hours with no regards for other staying at the hotel. There were also people smoking in the hotel on one of the evenings and the smell managed to get in to our room which was very unpleasant. The price felt right for the location, but not for the room itself

When we checked in to the hotel, they directed us to another hotel in another location.

Location was great
a) Dirty - the shower drain was stuffed with hair; b) Food went missing after the room was "cleaned" (which basically just meant they threw out the trash); c) SUPER thin walls, very very noisy rooms

The location was very nice, near the center and with a nice view from the outside. It was a nice room for the price we paid, and the bathroom was good. The weather was nice the day I went and I could open the window to have a lot of fresh air. Even on a busy street, the room was very silent.
The main problem is that the apartment was on the third floor. It wouldn't be a problem in any other city, but as it was in Amsterdam, the stairs were exceptionally small and tall. It can be even dangerous if you are in a rush, have mobility limitations, or if you are a little drunk (when returning back after going out).

The location is accessible
The cleaning staff are so loud especially in the day time, it’s understandable ex. (Vacuum machine) but they talk so loud, and they close the door really hard.

Friendly staff, great location, plain room but with lovely view of the canal

Room was small but fine, for the money you pay you would expect a lot more and could probably get much better
no toilet or bathroom in room

Location
We were placed in Room 1 at first which a bed was flimsy, then we were moved to Room 2, in this room there was no AC there was a stench coming from the toilet. There is bed bugs, we were bitten here and have photos to show this. Staff were unaware of what to do and always whatsapled the manager who was never available, this would waste time in the reception and cause backlog

it was very clean and the people were polite and helpful
i thought everything was reasonable so I have nothing bad to say

The tram stop is literally right outside. The receptionist were very welcoming.
There’s no wifi in the room, only in the reception area which is across the actual hotel. It’s very loud in the area, so if you’re trying to nap during the day forget it. The room is very small, I travel often and I’ve never seen such a small room. The stairs are very narrow not elder friendly or anyone with bad knees. The shower was very dirty. And I don’t know if it was because of how the building water system worked but the toilet had very bad odor from the moment we arrived we could smell it. We were out most of the day and only really sleep there but that smell was very intolerable even with the bathroom door shut. If you’re looking for somewhere right on the center go for it just know it will be loud.

location was great
the property itself was over Priced and the idea of shared bathrooms makes no sense

not alot, the location was not too bad but thats it when it comes to good things
the rooms are incrediblely small, the beds are just air matress on a piece of wood, you got a couch/sofa pillow as your pillow to sleep on. The stairs are incredibly thin I could hardly fit my big toe on them, the doors shut so loud and wake you up whenever anyone leaves their room, no room service, no breakfast option and they had construction work going on at the bottom of the hotel so I was woken up early everyday.

Location
Didn’t look like photos at all. Very small room. Mattress slips from bed all the time. Windows not properly sealed. Stains on the furniture and holes in the ceiling. The floor was dirty when we arrived, it was never cleaned and the bed was only made once. Walls were thin so you could hear everything from your room neighbors, first two nights we couldn't sleep due to a group of brits screaming and laughing all night.
