It was easy to check in and the bed was super comfy!

The upstairs bar area could do with some heaters for the winter time & the access to the gym was closed when I tried to go in.

Such a gorgeous, stylish hotel with great ambiance and friendly staff. Room was lovely with great features. Very compact but well designed and felt spacious. So comfortable. Great location right next to the station, and easy walk or bus to most places of interest.

The breakfast was tasty but the offer felt weird - you can't just order the buffet/"continental" on its on, you have to pay the equivalent of 34 euros for the buffet plus an a la carte dish. I'd have just liked the buffet and paid a little less.

We noticed the hotel ambience the moment we stepped in. It was such a good feeling. The location was excellent from our perspective, very near to the train station and city centre. Reception staff were also very helpful.

Very little room to manoeuvre due to room size. But this could just be Copenhagen. No bottled water supplied in the room.

Good location all staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable hotel well presented and very clean.

Our room was on the small side but totally our fault as we did choose the standard double. Having said that the room was absolutely fine for our 3 day city break.

Die Zimmer waren sehr "warm" eingerichtet! Frühstück und überhaupt das Essen waren extrem lecker (frisches Brot, Auswahl, Zubereitung). Die Lage ist sehr zentral; es sind nur wenige Meter zum Hauptbahnhof. Wir waren die ganzen 4 Tage nur fußläufig unterwegs. Das Personal hat ein Extra-Lob verdient!!

Kritikpunkte gibt es wenig: Die Zimmer sind klein und haben wenig Stauraum. Das Badezimmer hat wenig Ablagefläche und Aufhängemöglichkeiten.

The staff were amazing. Soo helpful. Arrived very later due to flight delay. But the bar tender was brilliant. Really looked after us. Next day - We wanted to go out for dinner on Saturday and we got the best recommendation from the concierge. She was fabulous. Fantastic evening. And she send us to one of the best bars I’ve ever been. Thank you so much! And don’t get me started on the breakfast - brilliant. We felt treated like family.

Next time we book a bigger room but that was our choice and there was nothing wrong with the one we had. Vey comfy bed. Super clean.

Beautiful hotel that has all the facilities needed. The room smelled nice, the beds were comfy and the staff were accommodating. Great stay for us as a couple.

The location is great, the breakfast was very nice, the room (king-size) was a bit too small to our expectation, but everything is really beautiful and the staff were really nice!

Excellent location, one of the most comfortable beds and pillows that I have ever had in a hotel, clean and cozy rooms and bar/restaurant. Wonderful hotel!

Breakfast table should be booked in advance.

The aesthetic of the property was lovely and the lounge area was great to sit and socialise in.

We chose a king room and it felt very small in comparison to what was advertised. It was a perfect size for 1 person, but not two. The main light did not work, nor did the steamer work, floor boards were creaky & no storage in bathroom for personal belongings. I’ve stayed in far nicer hotels in Copenhagen for the same money, it felt very disappointing as the visual aesthetic of the property is great.

Great boutique feeling hotel in a fabulous location. We included breakfast with our booking and the selection was great and loved the made to order options. Rooms were cosy with an extremely comfortable bed.

It’s a small point to make but the pillows were too soft for our liking but that’s personal preference.

Mi è piaciuto tutto tanto! Staff gentilissimo, soprattutto le ragazze che parlano in italiano al ristorante(in genere sono lì al mattino) e luogo incantevole.

Tutto benissimo: forse, volendo trovando un punto in meno, direi che il servizio in camera lascia a desiderare, non in quanto a pulizia, ma a livello organizzativo: le ragazze tendevano a dimenticare di fare differenze tra ospiti di breve e lungo corso.

Excellent location, just round the corner from the main station, but quiet. Facilities very good and staff extremely helpful. Nice bar for a quiet drink before dinner. Interesting decor.

Very, very, limited storage space. No drawers, only enough (half height) rail for four/5 shirts, certainly no long dresses.

早餐很好吃而且餐食丰富，性价比超高👍🏻推荐 地理位置非常有优势，离中央火车站就100多米，去哪里都很方便而且车站里7-11，McDonald，Starbucks，MAX（当地的连锁汉堡）还有一些小吃店，总的来说就是能满足挺多需求的 酒店正门正对的这条街就很热闹，吃的喝的都有 P. S. 工作人员都是帅哥和美女，且服务热情周到🥰

房间有些小，我们两个女生都是30的箱子，伸展不开😂

The room was a bit small but it was cosy. Perfect for a solo traveller or couple. The lobby and Joanne’s Secrets corner is lovely and inviting. It made you feel warm and at ease. Every corner has warm hues and it made you feel at home.

The sink tap does not have hot water.

Hotel centrale, a due passi dalla stazione, ristorante ottimo sia per cena che colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Palestra ben attrezzata, offrono il serviIo abbigliamento palestra, non serve portarlo. Frutta ed acqua sempre disponile gratuitamente. Camere non grandissime ma la superior è perfetta a mio parere. Possibilità di affittare le bici. Pulitissimo.

Just felt the rooms are a little bit small but a beautifully decorated and the facilities are fantastic. We stayed in room 118 and that looked out into a back courtyard and was quite noisy in the morning. When I stay again in August, I would like to have a view of the city.
