Location.

After I was completely ignoree upon arriving I had to wait 10-15 minutes to check-in because the computer had to start. And I already checked-in online “to speed up the check-in process upon arrival”… Stuck in a different age.

Without any notification before arrival that the room is not reached by lift . There is a big space which was not covered by bar near the steep staircase , it is not safe for families with kids

Very close to the train station which is convenient. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable! Shower had a nice rain shower head. Staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to check me in early free of charge. Breakfast was really nice, served at another hotel just across the street.

The shower smelled really bad while using it. There were no outlets close enough to the bed to be able to charge and use phone in bed. I was awoken at 8 AM by cleaning staff vacuuming the hall and slamming doors, I really would have liked being able to sleep a little longer.

Room was not clean. Very expensive. Breakfast was in a different hotel.

Very good value for money. Although I didn't have breakfast as it seemed expensive. The gym in the sister hotel is very good. The pool was too small for us to do swimming training but most hotel pools are. Staff were excellent. If you are with children the zoo is literally round corner and access to shops and restaurants is very good.

Location was great in some ways for access to station but also I didn't feel comfortable, as in safe, later at night, with my daughter. I was in bed early but wouldn't have wanted to be out late. I think if your on a party weekend it's perfect.

Perfect location, right next to the central train station. Nice room (a bit small), but with a convenient bath room.

TV turned itself on in the middle of the night… that’s probably why the it was unplugged when we entered the room! ;-)

I was surprised by how big and comfortable the room was, with everything new and modern! The location is also good - right next to the central train station and a nice 15 min walk to the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's kind of expected when staying so close to a central station, but you should be aware that, especially at night, you can run into a bit of a rougher crowd near the hotel. However, it didn't feel unsafe, as there are always lots of people around.

Friendly staff, big rooms and excellent location. Breakfast was amazing. Everything fresh, including the orange juice! Parking is at another hotel, 5min walk.

Loud music in breakfast area, but that's all ;)

Location is good, right next to the station. The facilities were good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

good location at Antwerp central train station. parking available at Raddison Blu hotel on other side of square (paid 19/24hrs) free charging for EV with standard 220v plug.

surprise of early check in fee €13. parking garage was paid €19/24hrs. both were not mentioned when booking.

The Receptionist was very affable.

All services like gym, swimming pool, breakfast and parking are not in the building of this hotel . All that is near by (about 150 m) in the another building (in Radisson Blue hotel). It wasn’t comfortable to us with a little child in such case . Moreover the windows of our room on the 2 nd floor overlook directly on bus station. It was very loudly at night.

Everything was okay! Lovely staff and very help full when we didn't book breakfast, they helped us out. Would stay here again!

There is no parking but we knew in advance! Best to travel by train as it's next to the station of Antwerpen Centraal

location close to central station , coffee pod machine and kettle in room, helpful and friendly staff including technician who responded very quickly when room safe failed and released to allow valuables to be removed and reception staff.

air conditioning not working room too hot, bbc tv would not load, room safe broken during stay, bath shower handset not working, soiling on and around bathroom bin, wear and tear with paint damaged to bottom of bathroom door, meagre provision of tea and coffee (only one crema for 2 people each day) small bath towels rather than bath sheets.

The sound isolation was not to my expectation. Busy Square so a lot of noise from street

this was our first time in Antwerp and we really had a wonderful time. The property is very close to the train station which we were happy about the hotel was a great value. It was a bit of a walk to the old city, but we loved Antwerp and enjoyed every minute. The hotel was super clean very customer oriented and had the right amenities. We had free coffee in the lobby. Nice coffee maker in our room. Wonderful shower.

we received an upgrade for a twin bed request. Thank you very much. The mattresses were just a bit hard.
