Central location and a easy walk distance to all major shopping centres. The room was extremely clean and well maintained by house keeping daily and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet over one night and thoroughly enjoyed the wide menu selection.

Whilst the pool was great, it would have been nicer if the space was alot more open.

Inconvenience in parking. I was required to collect exit ticket from reception upon exiting the carpark and despite being in a rush, I was required to queue together with people checking in and out. I suggest having another set of counter for this.

The Hoel location is really great in the centre of Orchard street the heart of shopping, few minutes away from almost every Singapore hot spot. The staff were attentive and Michael from the bar was awesome. He recommended great cocktails from day one.

Besides the upgrade in the room being a bit pricey with nil discounts for a 7 day stay, (maybe because we wanted a grand room so we ended up in a suite with a powder room, a living and a full bathroom), otherwise pretty much nothing

We stayed at the Hilton Singapore Orchard for 5 days this past April and it was amazing! The hotel is located in the heart of Orchard Road with all the designer stores in the vicinity. Every brand from Saint Laurent, Prada to Hugo Boss is there. We paid for the breakfast and it was worth it! They had over 20+ options which included a variety of food options. The housekeeping staff did a great job on keeping the clean and stocked with water and towels. The concierge always helped us he’s a taxi for sightseeing. My husband and I had a great experience while staying there.

Hilton Singapore Orchard had a lot of great breakfast buffet items. However I wish they had some halal food options as well. This would have made it perfect.
