Nothing really

Swimming pool. Nearby convenience stores. Spacious and clean rooms. Very clean and fresh towels. Great hotel for families with kids.

swimming pool was good. especially my boy loved it. Staff was so kindly. My family got comfortable when we were there.

There were many korean. But no korean food in breaktast. I guessed i could get the kimchi at least.

Clean rooms with lots of space. Great breakfast and room service provided. The pool was fantastic for kids, and staff were helpful and polite.

We booked a taxi to the airport at the front desk a day in advance as we had a very early check out, and it wasn't there. We very nearly missed our flight.

The manager was very helpful and did everything to avoid any complaints

The parking ticket, so annoying and if you forget a ticket it’s big deal😑

The staff were incredible.

Beautiful place. Great 1m deep pool for kids. Kids room to play in, nice breakfast. Free mini bar in rom with drinks and waters. The pool and courtyard are very beautiful. The morning staff was very friendly.

Bar wouldn’t serve us the first night (Sat) because they close at 10. We went for a walk but no decent nice bars around for a nightcap. The second night, the bartender said the bar was closed. When we asked why it was closing at 9, and not 10 like last night, they apologized and said they would serve us drinks but not food. Then they turned off lights while we were sitting there at 9:30. Very odd. Location is way out from everything, but if you’re with family, you’ll be getting a grab or taxi everywhere anyway so that doesn’t matter. Last thing- the hotel login for internet stopped working about 12 hours in, and when you’re traveling you need good and reliable internet. The hotel promptly fixed it by delivering a new password and login, but it was annoying and made it a 4, not a 5 * hotel.

Breakfast, wifi, gym, bed. Everything was fantastic!

Was perfect so everything ok

The cleaner is not always on time to clean the room, if we leave later afternoon, they won't clean the room at afternoon, we are very disappointed about the room status when we back from supper around 10pm. The swimming pool is very shallow, it is about 1m height, it's for the children' amusement, but not for adult.

The space of the room is very comfortable.

Large size room, balcony, kitchen.. all well.

The size of the apartment was excellent and we were in a great location.

The customer service and the room is big is clean. .

The air conditioning in the room is not cold enough

The pool's water was cold but mainly the pool was in the shade so one could prevent sunburns.

The staff was not very nice. Clearly, they laughed at customers and they did not know how to act properly. Also, the same drinks/food we ordered were totally different each day.

superb hotel and facilities with very friendly helpful staff

very classy, clean, and spacious! we loved the apartment style rooms, HUGE! had to extend stay for 1 more day and that wasn't a problem, very accommodating. breakfast was nice also but overcrowded- had to wait for coffee for a long time until manager informed us we can get some coffee also at the bar. at another resort they had one lady bringing coffee to tables and that seemed to work very well and cleared the congestion during breakfast as everyone wants coffee.

location was a bit far away from everything, some shops, restaurants, and 7 eleven next door. but to get to other places you will have to definitely get a taxi and hopefully not be stuck in traffic
