Super hôtel, la piscine est très appréciable à Bangkok ! La chambre est grande, avec une très belle vue sur les grattes ciel ! Literie très confortable !

Juste une petite odeur de renfermé quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre , qui est partie après ! Peut être les produits de nettoyage !

Everything was great: the wide and clean facilities, the varied breakfast, the room amenities... Executive room is 100% recommended, we even had our own washing machine!

We did not enjoy the location that much, finding restaurants around late at night was a bit difficult and it's very far - crazy traffic also plays a part- from Phra Nakhon, which is the historical district and the one we enjoyed the most.

Hôtel bien décoré. Notre suite était grande et confortable. Les grandes baie avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est impressionnant et qualitatif. La piscine est agréable avec ses bains de soleil. Le personnel adorable et au petits soins pour les clients.

Le personnel à l'accueil est super ! Toujours le sourire et un petit mot, très disponible pour nous renseigner : transport, restaurant, visite à faire! Le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a bcp de choix. La piscine est très agréable, c'est super de s'y relaxer après une journée de visite. Les chambres sont grandes et propres.

Les matelas sont un peu durs. La situation géographique, un peu loin du métro.

It was an enjoyable stay, and the front desk team (especially Meili) helped a lot in arranging various aspects of our trip, even before we arrived. Our family really enjoyed the couple of days we stayed here.

Close to train station (they have free tuktuk). The breakfast was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, rooms were very clean and beds are comfortable. It’s very spacious as well. We’ll definitely book this again when we come back.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl. Pool ist ok.

Alles innerhalb ist schmuddelig und schlecht gepflegt. Teppiche, Fenstergläser und Türen werden nicht gereinigt oder die Grundreinigung fehlt. Putzpersonal ist je nach Etage mehr oder weniger motiviert. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel hatten wir dann ein akzeptables, sauberes.

Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet, gemütlicher Pool. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiter Personal. Bequemes Doppelbett.

Die Fotos geben leider etwas mehr her als die Wirklichkeit. Korridorbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Quiet place, fresh meals at breakfaat, large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, a nice pool with bar.

Great staff and nice location

Room size is quite big with three bad and we got big attached bathroom which is almost like a room (Room No 1405). Location is excellent for family with kids as this area is away from chaotic bangkok nightlife. Staffs are very much cordial and helpful. Swimming pool and food in restaurant is very much impressive. Food price in the restaurant is cheaper then outside.

Breakfast is very much monotonous. But value for money.

La chambre qui faisait plus penser à une suite avec son petit salon et la vue magnifique à travers la grande baie. La piscine avec possibilité de manger au bord. La proximité des grands axes et sukumvit.

location is pretty good, but far from BTS/Metro station (around 1.2km). somewhat decent restaurants around. breakfast is a little lacking and can be improved, same menu every day. the room is spacious, good value for money. wifi is fast

Situation, team, clean

Sad decoration in rooms, impresssion to be at work in office. Air conditioning noisy and centralized regulated. I had to wait one hour after checking to have AC in the room. Impossible to regulate. During the day or night, regulation changes without notice.

The place is nice. It smells good. Breakfast area is nice. Pool area is also nice.

The shower needs to be fixed. Could improve a little in cleaning up the bathroom.

The property is ok. Worth the value of your money.

They usually change your room bookings. I don’t like changing and upgrading rooms without my consent. I’m going to pay whetever it cost but please don’t make changes on my booking. I lost my t-shirt and my cellphone charger during the changing of our room, but they don’t care.
