The size of the apartment

nothing, its nothing like the pictures the room very dirty and we change it to another room also dirty with high humidity in the room

The apartment was very spacious. Aircon very good.

Very dated interior. I mean for example, it had a dvd player! No dvds though! Tv was completely broken. No plates or crockery.

The swimming pool.

AC made noises. Light switches not working, carpet, dining table and couch were very dirty.

Almost no wifi. Breakfast option is in lunch box. Spacious room but extremely run down. Can’t cook anything because the electric stove doesn’t heat up and all pots and pans are disaster. Not enough utensils and knife is broken. Sofa is dusty and kitchen has cork coaches. We stayed for 12 days but we would not choose this one ever again.

Extremely run down and didn’t expect this quality from Somerset which we often stay.

The breakfast is not bad. Hope there would be more variety of foods

The bed lamps are not working

We booked the somerset berlian for our family weekend gateway because the picture of the unit looks so nice and clean. However, when we arrived there, the unit smell weird, their carpet and sofa are full of cigarettes burn and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. There are molds in bathroom. Completely different from the picture in the booking site.

The location, and roomy place, huge place. Bfs came in the box and clean and hygiene. They clean the room and change the trash bin very well. The location is the perfect one, and quiet but still close to the city and center.

Curtains need to change (window & shower curtains) it was black and old and fallen from the window. The carpet needs to change with a new one or steam cleaning the same thing with Coach. We have to ask for a new clean sheet to cover the coach. The oven was smoking with we turned it on.
