The staff were lovely and the hotel had a good vibe. We also got a complimentary upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was much appreciated as a family of 4.
Could not connect phone to TV or YouTube/Netflix etc.

1) The room we stayed in was very cold both at night and during the day! The heating was automatically turned off continuously.
2) Our reservation was made for four, and there was only one bathrobe and one towel!
3) There was no fridge in our room and the hairdryer was broken!
4) We had paid breakfast for three days, there was no choice for food and there was the same food at breakfast and the food was not tasty!
5) The windows in the entire spa were very dirty! I think that the spa center is not cleaned every day!

I liked the room and spa, breakfast was nice, Mara was very helpful, my stay was made better by her.
I paid for this hotel 2 weeks prior on booking.com however the receptionist staff on arrival told me that I had to pay again as it had been declined even though the money was taken from my bank weeks ago, I was told that the money from booking.com would just go back into my account. I thought I would ask the receptionist staff about this again the next day as the money had still not gone back into my account, I was told they will look into it. On the third day I spoke to the manager and she said that it had been an error on their part and she could see I did pay with booking.com previously, she said she had processed a refund and it might take a couple of days. However it’s been 4 days and the money still hasn’t gone into my account!! This has caused me to go into my overdraft as I wasn’t expecting to have to pay out another £500 on top of what I already paid!! I would like this money back and I would also please like some compensation for my troubles.

Bed was comfortable. Room service was swift and polite. Bathroom relatively clean. Difficult to think of anything else considering the price and claim of 4 stars.
Room. Tired. Crumbs on dressing table upon arrival. No offer of complementary hot chocolate like other double tree Hilton hotels. Could hear entire conversations through the wall early in the morning. One of the bathrooms had a broken mirror fitting. Carpet looked neglected. Cups in the entire hotel far too small. So disappointing. Restaurant area seating was atrocious. Dirty and tatty. Far too overpriced for what was on offer.

Lovely room and breakfast
Even though I had a Blue Badge I was charged for the parking. £7.50 was refunded initially. I'm still waiting for a refund of £15 for the other days. I've been tossed back and forth. I was told the Manager will call me to do the refund. Haven't heard anything since. My stay was in February. The last message I got from Hilton was "contact your bank"
Very disappointed that a big company like Hilton doesn't want to pay back £15 to a customer who has spent money to stay at their hotel. Not good customer service at all.

The stay experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The breakfast was enjoyable, accompanied by a friendly staff that added a pleasant touch to the mornings. However, the "spa" facility fell short of expectations, lacking the spa-like ambiance depicted in the pictures, which could be misleading. Adding to the disappointment, an unexpected fee was required for spa access, despite being guests of the hotel.
On a positive note, room service stood out as a highlight, delivering great service. EVIE, the receptionist, was a standout character, consistently demonstrating politeness and a helpful attitude, making the stay more seamless and enjoyable.
The spa experience left much to be desired, with the spa's limited amenities and unexpected charges being disappointing factors. The small size of the hot tub and pool fell short of expectations, lacking additional features like a sauna or steam room that are typical of spa facilities. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, evident by its dusty condition. On a brighter note, the room boasted a great view, offering a silver lining to an otherwise underwhelming spa experience.
And then you have to pay for parking.

I called before coming to ensure they took cash and was rooms available. On arrival I was told booking needed to be made online. I booked online, then was told that we could not pay with cash. It was 1am and nowhere to deposit cash into bank! I have previously stayed and payed with cash and not had a problem. As we couldn’t pay by card, we left, I then had £75 taken out of my account for nothing when we did not even stay!! I have reported this as FRAUD as this transaction was not AUTHORISED BY MYSELF. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Not to mention the staff were rude, unhelpful and stuck up.

Je ne sais pas si c'est pratique courante en Angleterre, mais parking payant à l'hotel, idem piscine avec un (petit) supplément.

I arrived to later around 3 am the first lady staff give me the best reception in my life ( I don't know her name ) she is so amazing human , professional , polite , she couldn't do my checkin because was not in time ( unfortunately I back downstairs on the reception and a young RUDE British women , make my checkin ) . Anyway I m pround to say that for the first amazing staff that receive me to later incredible person I ve been recommended 3 times on my instagram story to my 85 thousand followers ( u can double check @ukwalkerk) that I had a good stay in double hilton Dartford, many of my followers have been after my stay in double hilton Dartford , Is my simple way to say thank you very much to the first staff that I had a pleasure to meet !!!

Debited my card for a car park charge which I did not used and without authority. I was asked at reception whether I had a car in the car park and I stated that I did not and payed and received a slip for the room only rate. It was only when I checked my account a few days later that I noticed the extra charge.

Room was nice, I did request a bath but didn't get one. Only requested it so can't expect it. Swimming pool was nice. Restaurant was nice and wasn't too expensive
The charges for everything on arrival - parking £20, swimming pool £5 each, breakfast £16.50 each, plus a £10 'just in case there is damage to the room whilst we stay, room was £120 on its own so I feel the extra charges are completely unnecessary. Breakfast used to be £10 and if anything you get less choice than in the past. Plus I paid for breakfast for 2 people on arrival for the next morning (£33) but when we went for our breakfast we weren't on the pre-paid list and had to stand and wait whilst the host checked with reception (she was only doing her job but again unnecessary due to us already paying). Just don't think it's value for money like other Hiltons but all in all its a nice hotel just that they try and pull money out of you for unnecessary things

The staff from the breakfast crew were just awesome the 4 ladies mostly the polish lady what a darling she was.the breakfast in general was very nice and the chef and staff will make it a great experience .. . the manager (indian guy) for the restaurant will really make you feel welcome at least.. .. the manager was very nice and engaging.
was.althought the food options were poor for nun porc eater. but dinner is way too poor half board or full board still get this little menu that is worst than the main menu.. the manager (indian guy) will really make you feel welcome at least.. maybe not some of the young females staff who did look as if they were a bit tired.But please fix the menu for nun porc eaters the chicken option was so dry . Please use beef lamb turkey duck goose whatever but have more options for full and half board customers who pay more for that .

Nous avons pris cette hôtel car il proposait une grande piscine, deception totale car La piscine était séparée en 2 car cours de natation, cela n'a jamais été mentionné lors de notre réservation un couloir pour toute l' hôtel ,vestiaire mal fait mineur se retrouve a côté des adultes nus !
Nous avons dû changer 3x de chambre car odeur de peinture très forte !
Pas d' équipement en chambre ni mini bar ni sèche cheveux rien

Staff all very welcoming polite and friendly.
Public areas could do with a good cleaning and one lift not working both days ...lifts looked tired.
not enough receptionists on duty had to queue to check-in.

It's convenient for our needs
Breakfast is bland and mostly tasteless. Left something behind and rang to enquire, they said they'd get back to me but never did. Toilet paper on a holder under and behind the toilet seat tucked against the shower screen requires gymnastics to access

It was a lovely well equipped room.
The lobby toilets were dirty and had not been replenished..toilet roll, soap dispensers.
Spa was OK, pool cold. Swimming lessons taking place. Jacuzzi dirty and grainy.

It was clean and tidy, the room was spacious and the tea and coffee in rooms is a nice touch.
Our shower was blocked up and we couldn’t end up showering.

The breakfast was fine, the place was nice enough. Good CCTV in the car park which was comforting for our work van
The wall between our room and the next bedroom was paper thin. Also to the corridor. We had a very disturbed nights sleep whilst the couple next door were clearly having a delightful time together, bless their stamina. From screaming children in the hallway at 2am to loud sex at 5am and then just hearing their conversations clearly through the wall from 8am onwards. Even farts through the bathroom wall. Not what you expect from a "quality" hotel. Sound proofing was very much lacking.

Lovely Hotel with a lovely food and staff! We are very happy with our stay! Actually one of the best about the food, dinner and breakfast in point! Its a very new building, we stayed in Valentines Day and it wasn’t that busy. Lovely and would come back!
Actually no complains! I stayed in over 20 hotels in UK and thats the first time I have no complaints. I just would change the shower’s door, actually I would ADD a door in the shower as it make the toilet floor very wet. Thats all!
