I don’t think it was good value for money and the sink drain smelled really bad too.

The room was small, the window opened onto an internal area with the air conditioning ducts and fans, and the aircon unit was noisy and the slowest speed was like a gale.

I did aspect the 11 cadogan Gardens, instead a end up in a Drycott Hotel, which is just on the corner but very hold and quite decadent.

We had the most divine Suite ( although I don't know that it was listed as a suite on Booking.com ) in the Draycott Hotel overlooking the Cadogan Gardens . Extremely spacious and extremely comfortable space to spend 3 days in. Only downside was that at present the hotel is undergoing renovation and there was no breakfast or sitting room on site . We could easily have used these facilities at 11 Cadogan Gardens however . We heard minimal noise with renovation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Would recommend highly and can't wait to stay again. The perfect location to be based . Many eateries, bars and stylish shopping to be had within easy walking distance .

The Draycott is a home away from home. It feels like being a guest is someone’s well appointed home. High level of comfort in a typically British setting, steps away fro Sloan Square.

I was disappointed that I was not in 11 Cadogan Gardens but had been moved to a sister hotel. I found that my wife and I ended up rolling into the middle of the mattress on the bed. The mattress either needed turning or replacing. I was surprised that a 5% discretionary Sue gargle was added, when the hotel hadn’t done anything extra to deserve it. I did ask for that to be removed, which they did. There was no milk for the tea and coffee in the room, but was rectified by a quick call to reception.
