Location is excellent and the space is very nice. Management is sloppy. We made a reservation. It was suddenly cancelled without any reason. It took several calls to get it reinstated. We were given the wrong keys at check in. We were never given the right keys. So we had to be content with allowing the doir to shut behind us. We were becer able to double lock the apartment. We complained that the exhaust fan was making a huge metallic clanking noise. No action was taken. Toiletries were not replenished even once during our 9 night stay. The thing that irked us the most was that there is not even one washroom in the reception area. We vacated our room at the designated hour to make place for another guest. We were down at reception. But there was no place to freshen up before long drive to the airport.

Excellent location, quiet and safe Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Apartment very spacious, great storage space, and contained everything we needed. Waitrose supermarket right next door for supplies. 5 minute walk to tube station. Nice shops and restaurants nearby.

Everything was perfect and in running order!

The rooms were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, not far from the tube station for the Circle line.

I found nothing at fault. Everything met or exceeded expectations.
