We had made a reservation in an apartment as it appeared in the photos with a view outside and windows from high up. we made a prepayment and I think that was our mistake. when we arrived we spoke to the host on the phone and he told us to get the key to the apartment from somewhere. Then I asked him which floor it was on and he told me it was in the basement of the building. I told him that if I hadn't prepaid the whole amount I would have left to find somewhere else to stay.he did not change our room with the result that we were disappointed about our choice. Also, on the nights when it rained, we couldn't sleep due to the noise of the rain water coming down the external underground iron staircase leading to the apartment. It was also dirty out there.I would not recommend anyone to visit this accommodation.

We stayed in a deluxe 2 bed apartment - very basic apartment and for the price I would have thought it would be cleaner and include a few amenities. On arrival there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom and no spare rolls anywhere. There is no body soap provided which was annoying especially after a 25 hour flight. Carpet is stained in most rooms, the furniture is tired and ripped in places on the chairs. The whole apartment had a terrible smell so we had to leave all the windows open at all times even though the weather wasn’t too good.

the area was pleasant and felt safe. the staff were accommodating and responded well to questions over the phone and texts. the beds were comfy.

the room wasn't clean. in particular the bathroom and the kitchen. the internet did not work. which meant the TV did not work. all the above is unacceptable.

Die Lage ist Gut. Bahnhof in der Nähe und in 5 Minuten ist man bei der Buslinie. In der nähe gibt es auch gute Möglichkeiten um zu Frühstücken zu gehen.

Wir hatten nur kaltes Wasser und keinen Strom im Badzimmer. Heizung funktionierte nicht. Übergabe erfolgte über Whatsapp. Es wurde somit nichts erklärt. Wir reklamierten und es kam erst jemand bei der zweiten Reklamation. Danach passierte wieder nichts. Erst als wir uns telefonisch erneut beschwerten wurde etwas unternommen. Das Zimmer befand sich im Untergeschoss mit wenig Tageslicht und Ausblick auf eine schmutzige Treppe. Sehr kleines Appartment für vier Personen mit nur zwei kleinen Salontischen und keinen Stühlen um zu Frühstücken. Nach dem wir das bei Booking gemeldet haben und nach einem Preisnachlass fragten, teilte uns Booking mit, dass der Vermieter uns auf keiner Weise etgegen kommen würde. Wir haben nicht gekriegt für was wir bezahlt haben (Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung). Sehr enttäuschend.

El baño era muy pequeño. El plato de la ducha estaba un poco roto. El desagüe no tragaba lo suficiente. El lavabo era muy pequeño, no nos podíamos ni lavar los dientes o las manos. La nevera está en medio del comedor, ya que la cocina es muy pequeña y no cabe.

Location was great, very easy to get to the tube for transportation anywhere. Very convenient for food in the area as well and a small grocery store next door

No toilet paper upon check in, and we were only given 2 rolls for 5 people for the 5 day stay. Had to go buy more. New towels were never offered throughout the stay. The shower wouldn’t drain so we had to take quick showers, and our days were delayed due to 5 people have to shower. No fans in the apartment, but the air conditions were taken out of the windows, sitting in the living room and bedrooms, unable to be used, but just sitting there. The information for the booking showed wireless internet, and when asked for the password I was told it doesn’t work well. This is huge as my children had some school work to do and were unable to complete it due to that. The last morning we woke up to get ready to go to the airport, and there was no hot water. Tried everything possible but to no Avail was there hot water.

Great communication from the host. Crisps and chocolate was a nice touch!

The only thing good about this place is the location, apart from that everything else was below satisfactory.

I could probably write a story about this, but let me summarize in few points: First off, the apartment is nothing like the pictures it depicts - there is no picture of the bathroom, and the bathroom provided was so small, that it was so difficult to use! The size is also v small, if you are a couple or maybe just 3 people, you can try and adjust, but marketing as an apartment that could accommodate family of 5 or 6 is totally incorrect. Unless people are happy to be crammed up! The service provided is a big disappointment, whatever you ask ir request for, is simply not possible. We requested a late checkout due to a medical condition my wife had to go through, the guys did not budge at all, not when an hour! There was an ambulance that was called a night before, where my wife was rushed to the hospital. Hence we requested some time for us to stay so she can rest before the flight, but request ignored. I understand there are other guests coming in, but if one wants to honor a request, they would definitely find a way, they were ignorant and did not care. Customer service is key in the hospitality sector, these guys are just taking advantage of their location and have no intention whatsoever to give customer satisfaction. Money is not everything guys - what goes around comes around! Wifi only worked well the 1st day, rest of the days jt was crap! I would never recommend anyone to choose this place or these people. Booking.com should really have a criteria to pit such accommodations on- I have been using Booking.com for many years now and traveled extensively, this is by far the worst experience. I look forward to Booking.com team reply and compensation. If needed the medical report can also be provided.

The contrast between the apartment and the alluring images on booking.com left us disheartened during our 2-day trip. The images showcased appealing 3rd floor units, implying luxury. However, reality revealed a unit below ground level. A significant discrepancy was the absence of natural light in this unit. Few windows created a shadowy interior, contrary to the bright images. We discovered a window with a broken lock, igniting security concerns. The discomfort extended to the mattress quality, with individual strings causing restless nights. The bathroom was cramped and lacked cleanliness. The living room couldn't comfortably fit our party of six, including an elderly person and two children. Small steps from the hallway posed safety risks. A pervasive unpleasant odor tainted the experience. Only one fan worked and seemed unsafe, adding to our disappointment. These issues were exacerbated given our group's composition. Comfort and safety were vital, but the apartment didn't suffice. In conclusion, our 2-day stay was marked by significant incongruities between images and reality, coupled with discomforts. This led us to question our choice.

Location is very good. apartments is very nice near to the train station.

For 4 people we only get 2 towels. The floor is not good for the Children the floor was Broken and nails were sticking out. 4 days only have 2 toilets roll for 4 person.

The location is in Kensington close to London city center, 20 min journey to Piccadilly Circus by bus 9. Apartment has everything you need for 3 / 4 people. You can cook for yourself if you want to and has an washing machine in case you need to wash something.

Location was excellent. Walkable to Tesco and to Barons train station.

Unclean- sheets were stained. Property did not have clean towels or basics like functioning shower. The staff was ok- no in person check in. They weren’t very helpful when we reported Wi-Fi issues. No Wi-Fi for our entire stay of 5 nights !!

Everything was just perfect. We were a late booking and the host kept in touch with us as we were running late with our travel plans. We were met at the property and shown to the apartment. Brief explanation provided over the facilities and keys etc. Very clean and perfect location for our needs.

A tea towel would have been good to dry up the crockery etc. Also an additional key as we were two couples staying and needed to make sure we were in contact to be able to come and go from the property.

First thing first, the number of the property was 10 not 12 as it was mentioned in booking.com app which was misleading, and the studio we were given was located all the way in the basement (again, it wasn't mentioned in the advertisement) which we didn't know till we got there and had a very strong malodorous smell that triggered my asthma. The apartment/studio had nothing to do with the advertisement. Seriously , a big part of our vacation was ruined because of that. We actually will think twice before using this app again.
