Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra. Przyjazny i pomocny personel. Pokoje niewielkie ale dobrze urządzone. Łazienka stosunkowo duża. Czysto. W pokojach żelazko i deska do prasowania. Jedzenie typowo angielskie ale można się najeść.

W sumie podobało mi się.

la propreté de la salle de bain. le check-in le personnel ne parle pas français et a pu s'agacer si je mettais du temps à repondre correctement en anglais. je trouve cela dommage.

Room temperature was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Choice of pillows was great.

Si, muy bien ubicado y buen servicio. Destacar la amabilidad de los recepcionistas, en especial Cecilia, muy atenta y simpática siempre, gran profesional.

En líneas generales todo estuvo muy bien.

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación. Cerca del metro y en una zona llena de servicios (restaurantes, supermercados....)

La habitación no tiene armario solo una mini barra para colgar cosas. El desayuno bueno pero un poco limitado

La ubicación a 5 minutos andando de una parada de metro directa al centro. Personal muy agradable sobre todo Cecilia y el recepcionista de noche. Puedes tomar algo en la recepción del hotel. Barrio con varios restaurantes y tiendas.

Receptionist was very welcoming, room was clean and bed was so comfy!

It was great location for visiting The Lost Estate. Room was quiet and comfortable and clean.

The surrounding area looks a bit dodgy and the cooked items for the complimentary breakfast weren’t great but there was still lots of nice food to have eg yoghurt, fruit, croissants.

Very clean, room was spacious and spotless. Staff were very quick to clear breakfast plates to make tables available.

1 lift was out of use so struggled to get the other lift down to ground floor as it was either always full, or it just skipped our floor altogether, not a major issue as could just get the stairs, but slightly more difficult with our luggage.

At breakfast clearly two men not together came down to breakfast in their PJs!! I did not like that. They are not at home I think a policy should be introduced and placed in the rooms on the back of the door and in the eating area, that night wear is not appropriate to be worn when eating with members of the public. One man clearly had PJs on as both legs were rolled up above his knees and they were like fleecy matching grey top n bottoms and he wore bare feet and slippers. I have never seen people for breakfast at a hotel dressed in night wear.

Le personnel a été très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons été bien accueillis. L'hôtel est bien situé et proche d'un métro à quelques minutes à pied. Quartier sympa. Hôtel propre, petit déjeuner copieux, chambre propre et bien équipée.

Le second lit n'était pas très confortable et un peu petit pour 2 enfants de 10 et 13 ans. Mais tout de même suffisant pour 2 nuits. Éclairage moyen.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Dass eine Gepäckaufbewahrung vorhanden war, hat uns sehr geholfen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Das Frühstück war gut. English breakfast möglich. Auch hier war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Aamiainen oli tavanomainen, englantilainen. Juustoja olisi voinut olla jokaisena aamuna. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Kuljimme metroilla ja hotellin lähellä oli kaksi eniten käyttämäämme metroasemaa. Ilmastointi iso plussa. Siivous hoidettiin päivittäin vaikkei se olisi tarpeellista.

Majoituksen hinta oli melko korkea. 4 henkinen perhe olisi voinut majoittua hieman isommassa huoneessa. Parisänky ja levitettävä sohva olivat melko kapeita.

Las instalaciones muy básicas y la limpieza en general

Nos gusto diversidad de servicios cerca del alojamiento y la posibilidad de tener agua fresca en cualquier momento. Es un hotel recomendable si eres inglés o dominas el idioma.

No nos gusto las formas en las que fuimos recibidos por no defendernos en el idioma por la señora Janet. No entendemos como un hotel no se comunican en otro idioma q no fuese el local. Además el colchón de la habitación dejaba mucho q desear, te hundías en cualquier punto del mismo, pero como llegamos cansados, disminuía el impacto. En el desayuno típico inglés, nada de adaptado a la clientela, ponía que había jamón York pero por allí no se vio nada de eso, ni en foto.
